Our room was exceptional! There was a pool right outside our building that was very quiet. There are 3 pools total on the property, one being an adult only rooftop infinity pool. Great views! Service was great! The sushi restaurant on the property was fantastic! The property is right in the heart of the city. Drinks were fantastic! And all of the staff were really wonderful.

The choices of restaurants was limited. We were mostly disappointed in the fact that the Margaritaville Restaurant is not on the property but rather across the bay on Paradise Island. It would have been great to have their signature restaurant on site! The sushi restaurant was great! Pizza Restaurant was so so and the Vacation Cafe was....awful.

Good location, fresh, light and airy decor. The private beach was small but adequate. Views of the cruise liners were impressive from our room. Nice waterpark onsite although we didn’t really use it much as we didn’t have the children with us.

Limited food options, would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet for instance. A few niggles that we had to have maintenance sort out (eg balcony door didn’t lock, error on safe so couldn’t use it, toilet dripping audibly the entire time, shower was loose from the wall so we couldn’t adjust the temperature easily), but generally ok if you have good tolerance levels.

This resort had a great water park that is ideal for families. The room was clean with nice decorations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The infinity pool area for adults was a nice amenity for singles and couples.

The staff were not always approachable or eager to help. The food available on site was mediocre at best and very expensive. We opted to walk to nearby Dunkin Donuts for breakfast each morning.

We liked the hotel very much. It was clean, beautifully decorated with the Jimmy Buffet vibe. The water park was nice to have access to. The adult pool was beautiful and to have the view from above was amazing. The food options were ok, plenty to choose from. The area the hotel is located in was perfect walking distance to downtown with the shops and straw market. The beach was nice, on the smaller side especially when high tide rolls in. The taxis were always accessible to take us anywhere and the drivers were so full of information and just chatted with us about the history and landmarks on the island. The hotel staff were all nice and helpful answering any questions we had.

We wish there was an actual pool for the kids. We saw the pictures of the waterpark but didn't realize there was no actual pool. Our 15 and 17 year old were done with the water park on day 1. They eventually went back. The food options were ok but everything shut down pretty early around there. That only left 2 restaurants and a grab n go place at the hotel because nothing in downtown is open later and you don't want to really walk around after 5ish. We went to Paradise Island a few nights for variety, but $62 in taxi roundtrip each time. Junkanoo beach is also for all the cruise ship passengers because it's within walking distance so you were sharing everything with a lot of people who were not staying at the hotel.

Facility is new and beautiful, but staff is little lazy, no one offers you drinks or trying to help. Once you’ve got a room, you are on your own

Even at a lobby bar no one offers bring you drink, we asked for can or glass to go - they’ve sent us buy drinks in hotel shop

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite with my husband & our two kids (12 & 5) and we had a wonderful stay at One Particular Harbor Margaritaville! The views were incredible and we loved watching the cruise ships come & go from our balcony. Getting to watch the sunsets was my favorite part of our stay! There’s a private pool, 2 beaches nearby, free access to the waterpark and many excursions that can be booked. We saved some money by going to the grocery store and getting breakfast items to cook at our suite! The staff is very friendly, the doormen were always so kind & funny and help you out with calling taxis if you need it! You won’t regret staying here, we already miss it being back home now ☹️ we’ll definitely be back!

Expensive but very much worth it!

Beautiful and comfortable room. Gorgeous view. Pool and beach staff were superb. Very clean property. Not far from airport.

Food and Beverage staff were unfriendly and average customer service. Items on the menu were frequently unavailable with no apology or offer for substitutes. Was overcharged for a beer and told the price went up that day, which was untrue One of the 2 elevators got stuck every day.

The staff were professional, competent and efficient. This was a good hotel with rooms which were generally clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel had a water themed play park which played loud music all day. However there was also a quieter beach area linked with an adjacent hotel. We enjoyed having kitchen facilities to cook our own breakfast. The hotel also had a few restaurants.

We arrived late and had to change rooms because of a blocked toilet. Then there was much confusion over the location of the new room. However the staff were always friendly, helpful and supportive.

Loved One Particular Harbor better than Margaritaville - very clean, quiet and relaxing Loved that we had use of 3 hotels

Hotel was expensive Food very expensive No gluten free options for my daughter (breads or pizza) Restaurants, hotel and shops overcharged on many things so need to look at your receipts to see what you are paying for!

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast wasn’t included. Didn’t have much activities as well as rooms were not sound proof I could’ve hear the other guest in the room opposite mines a few times had to turn up my television to drown out the noise
