It’s close to the train station. The lobby is spacious and elegant. The rooms are spacious, airy, and well furnished. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows. The bathrooms are large, equipped with toiletries, and the walk-in shower is lovely.

The only thing that tried my patience was the elevator, which is very small and also used by the cleaning staff. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it on the afternoon that I checked in as the laundry was being collected on various floors and then taken down to the basement. I am surprised that a hotel of this high quality would not have a separate elevator for the staff. On the day of my checkout, I took the stairs from the 6th floor because I was worried about missing my train.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great - the addition of so much chopped fresh fruit was delightful. So too was the variety of Pukka tea bags. It was good to have complete control of the air conditioning and being able to put into onto different settings, or turn it off completely. The location was great for visiting by train and convenient for when we wanted to get the train to Bruges for the day. The walk into Ghent centre was 25 minutes along the river, or the tram going from the train station was easily accessible and took around 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and felt the staff and owners had really paid attention to detail.

Breakfast was fabulous especially the fruit salads, all freshly cut and whole lot of different fruit in a red/ blu and a yellow/ white salad also egg and bacon and delicious croissants and rolls Garage parking is not for the faint hearted, especially on leaving, but we were grateful it was an option! Staff all around very friendly, beds fabulous - bathrooms very good, all recently refurbished. Colours light and fresh, good lighting. Location a bit off centre, but we liked the walk into town and the impressions you can get along the way. Loved the city, especially positive impression of the STAM museum! and we loved the ruined St Bravo’s abbey. Lots of really good restaurants but you need to book!! Super scenic also good to take a boats ride.

We travelled to Ghent by train from Antwerp. The entry into Ghent St Peter's is quite gruesome until about a minute from the station when industry gives way to pleasant suburb. The hotel is in a nice, safe, and clean area. The hotel has clearly been refurbished and everything is new. The decor is functional but relieved by massive vases of flowers. The public areas and the rooms have the same beige clean design. Our room was large with a decent bathroom with a small shower cubicle. The shower is a force! The bed was soft and the room easily warmed (it was early May and only about 10 in the evening). The staff were all friendly and efficient. The breakfast was superb with loads of choice and a smashing fruit salad. The hotel motto is "Make yourself at home". It is no idle boast! This is a terrific small hotel.

Everything was just great,the rooms were very clean, the beds really comfortable. The bathroom/shower was again very clean and the walk in shower also great. Good location, very near the tram stop for the Cathedral and shops, also for the canal cruise trips, well worth a trip. Tram T3 are very near all the attractions which the tram stop is near the hotel. Great place to stay for a few days or longer.Staff very nice , friendly and speak very good english

The design of the place was beautiful - really soothing and eye-pleasing with lovely public areas and bedrooms. It looks like a new renovation, very high spec and super clean. it created a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were really kind and helpful: one guided us through our train bookings during a train strike and the others made great suggestions for places to eat and places to visit.

The windows were open a tiny bit when we arrived - but it was dark at such an angle ( at the top) we couldn't see. Also they were quite stiff. So we left it, thinking maybe they were closed. As a result it was a noisy night and we didn't sleep well. We closed them in the morning but they were open again that night. I appreciate they keep the room smelling fresh but it might be a good idea for reception staff to mention it or print it on the card on the windowsill or on key wallet

Breakfast was truly great (fresh fruits pineapple, grape, kiwi, etc.), fresh salad, eggs, bacon, fruit yogurt, fresh pastry, butter, milk, coffee, tea, juice, croissants, cakes, muesli, a few nice cheese options, some more meat options, etc. There are enough options for vegetarians and even vegans. The ladies serving the breakfast are especially nice. My room was spacious and quite clean, and the beds were a bit more soft than I am used to but still comfortable. Room cleaning happened each day, and the refilling of some sample cakes, coffee, and tea that one could prepare inside their room. You could also prepare yourself a coffee or tea in the hotel lobby for free at any time. There is a self-checkout if you need to leave early while reception isn't yet open. Just be sure to pay the staying tax earlier. The location is quite good, ~30min walking to the old city and very close to the train station. The bathroom is spacious enough and the bathtub can fit a large/tall person very well. Hot water starts pouring quite fast. Windows can be opened for fresh air to come into a room. WIFI is free and works OK. Overall I had a very nice stay in this hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The only thing that annoyed me a bit was the AC that I needed to use for heating as it produces a bit of hum and that can bother some people while sleeping. But that heating solution is something many other hotels use, so it's not that big of an issue.

Very nice wee hotel in Ghent. It is within walking distance to the old town and roughly 10 min from the main train station. The room was small, yet functional. It was quiet and clean. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags there before and after check out. There are a few food options around and a small park. There is a coffee machine and water cooler in the lobby. It is all very new and modern. Really nice place.

That we couldn't stay longer.

The shower and double basins were great. We had a balcony with a rooftop view which we enjoyed sitting out on with a beer or a coffee as we had great weather. Toiletries provided were good. The shower toilet! Free coffee in reception, coffee machine in room. Close to station. Good air conditioning which was quiet

I struggled with the pillows. The shower toilet makes noise if you need to pee in the night. It wasn't a problem for us but it is a bit of a walk to the old town but there is public transport nearby

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the main station and within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel interior has obviously been recently renovated and has a tasteful contemporary style. The breakfast selection was excellent and the breakfast area light and welcoming. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and there are also complimentary drinks available in the very pleasant reception area. I would definitely stay here again.
