Our executive room was spacious and the large bed was extremely comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The choices available for breakfast were excellent - it was definitely worth paying the inclusive rate. We also enjoyed two very good evening meals with great wines.

A hotel roadside sign would have avoided us driving past a couple of times; we had been fooled by the sign for MasterCard. Wi-Fi connection is patchy and only reliable in central areas, not out room. We had to keep deleting the network and rejoining, or walking down the corridor nearer to the central hub.

Check-in ok, location ok. Didn't try the bar or the restaurant, but they seems ok as coworker who stayed there before said.

I got the room 17, which is right above the entrance of the second building, so the automatic doors were not pleasant to hear late in the night and early in the morning. Room was noisy, I could hear the noises from outside quite a lot. Also, the AC in the room was not heating, probably because of the season, but luckily, it wasn't that cold at night.

Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Beds really comfortable. Evening meal that we ate was the best vegetable lasagne I have ever tasted! In a nice neighbourhood where you felt safe. Rooms had a nice feel. Not too big a place so didn't feel overwhelming. Nice toiletries provided. Amazing shower.

The only small point was that the first room we had didn't have air-conditioning and it was an amazing corner room otherwise with windows on two walls. Staff great though and moved us to a room that had A.C but it meant we had to leave the wonderful room.

There was a wedding the weekend we were there and the wedding guests, instead of going to their designated area, which was the outside bar, took over the lobby bar, and regular hotel guests could sit or order drinks. The staff never made it clear to the wedding party to go to the other area.

Really excellent hotel at the price point we laid (@100 Eu for a double room and two guests). Stylish rooms with lovely bathroom, very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant and le club with loud dance music for those who like that kind of thing which stops promptly at 10:30 pm promptly for those that don’t. Excellent breakfast.

A beautiful hotel that perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. The vaulted brick ceilings and elegant restaurant create a stunning atmosphere, while the rooms are stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean bathroom with a great walk-in shower. Highly recommended!

In the room there were not the towels. We had to ask them at the reception.

Fantastic hotel that offers all needed facilities. Really appreciated the hotel's (highly) professional staff and clean rooms. Our family's preferred stay outside of Brussels. Recommend the stay.

The only downside was the ongoing construction/renovation of some parts of the hotel (which we understand that nothing can be done about it).

More of a hotel for guests arriving by car. I was not aware of this when I booked so this is really not their fault. I had to walk a little to find the closest bus station

The restaurant, staff, food and decor were all first class. Fortunatly we were seated well away from the room access walkway, desctibed below (What didnt you like).

Room access. Required to walk down 4 steps into the restaurant, then walk through the restaurant, NOT between the tables, but along an open walkway adjacent to, and in full view of people eating in the restaurant. Diners eating in the restaurant have arivals and or departing guests walking past them with their suitcases, which is not the best. Bar. No bar staff in the bar/lounge area. Had to go to reception and ask them to order our drinks. If additional drinks were required, then back to the reception desk????

Good sizes room. Stay was uneventful. which is OK

Small but important point - Staff shoud be trained to give clear directions to our ground level room. It was complicated and involved wheeling the suitcases thru the restaurant! No noticeable signage at any point.
