Communication prior to staying was excellent - really helpful and informative. We were able to store our luggage here without charge whilst visiting Guatemala, which was an unexpected bonus! The room was great - fantastic shower and the room had everything you would need in it. (Strong A/C, Toiletries, fridge, big comfy bed and hairdryer). The pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. Breakfast (and dinner) were delicious- fresh and tasty. The proximity to the airport was really handy- just 10 minutes in a taxi and the BNB organised this for us, which was great.

The place is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was great, there were plenty of towels and they have a great little pool to cool off in. Kathy prepares a nice breakfast with plenty of good coffee. The hosts Kathy and Dan and their cohost Vinny were wonderful and very accommodating. WI-FI works well.

The property is located quite a ways from the main highway where there are a few shops for basics and places to eat. It is possible to walk to the highway, it takes about 20 minutes, but it’s not a walk that everyone would want to do. The area seemed safe but the road is hot and dusty with uneven gravel. It is not safe to walk at night because in the dark cars may not see you. If you don’t have a car, taxi service is on the expensive side with a run to one of the few restaurants nearby costing about $6-10 US one way.

Cathy & Dan were fantastic! Made us feel welcome and quickly gave us all the info. we needed for our stay without making us feel overwhelmed. Cathy was very accommodating and even provided gluten free when she learned of my gluten sensitivity. Super close to the airport. Easy access.

The only negative for me was the bed was VERY firm. I prefer a softer mattress and even my husband (who can sleep on a rock) thought the bed was too firm. Maybe a topper to provide a little fluff would help. I would still stay again.

We had a really wonderful and restful time at this BNB. The bed was large and comfortable, hot shower, AC worked well, tv and fridge in the room, pool was right outside our door! And these are just the basics. Cathy goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. She drove us to the store for groceries, showed us all of the local restaurants near by (even though she also serves excellent food!) and offered to coordinate any tours or trips we wanted to take over the weekend. We ate breakfast here every morning and one dinner, each portion was large and breakfast included a French press to ourselves and fresh juice! Our stay truly felt like staying with family, we were so well taken care of for our last weekend in Belize. Thanks for everything Cathy and Vinny!

We really appreciated Cathy calling a taxi for us both ways to/from the airport. You then know it's someone who knows how to get to the B&B. Both the breakfast, which was included in our price, and the dinner available were very good. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and comforter. The room and bathroom were large and well appointed. Highly recommend for late or early international flights, rather than a hotel in town, as town is much farther away from airport.

This was the most perfect BnB and really felt like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The neighbourhood felt very safe. Cathy was the kindest host, and cooked us a delicious dinner & breakfast during our stay. She also helped organise a taxi to the airport which was only a 5-10 min drive away. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay again.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

This place is beautiful! So peaceful, everything brand new, and truly the nicest people ever. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is exactly what we needed. The food was delicious too! Very close to the airport so it's convenient for flights.

I genuinely can't think of anything we didn't like. The place is wonderful. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and were on hand for anything we needed. It was like staying with family. Thank you!

Miss Vinny made an incredible lunch for us while we were there, it was some of the BEST food we had our entire trip! The BNB itself was beautiful and well taken care of, inside and out! We loved getting to hang out by the pool. I would absolutely recommend, we cannot wait to go back and visit again!

It was a perfect end to 2 weeks in Belize. Though less than 10 minutes from the airport, which for us was a bonus, it was quiet, serene and all was perfect. Cate and Dan are sweet and personable hosts who made us feel at home.

Nothing needed improving.

Clean room, fridge in the room, good air-conditioning, heavenly big and comfortable bed, nice pool, a place to sit outside without mosquitos, hospitable and punctual owner. Everything is very new. The BNB is close (7 minutes) to the airport. Cathy called a taxi for us in the morning. There is no restaurant close by, but they serve lovely food in the BNB.
