- the location: very central in equipetrol. Close to good bars, restaurants, etc... Also, it is a very safe area. - the quality of the equipments in the room/hotel: modern bathroom, perfect bed, modern decoration, etc... - the rooftop: pool with a nice view. - the people of the hotel were very kind and helpful

- the quality of the breakfast is too low for a hotel of this price range. The bread and the croissants dont seem fresh for example. I had better breakfasts in Bolivia in hotels much cheaper. It is sad that the quality of the breakfast is not aligned with the quality of the other elements of the hotel (rooms, decoration,...)

A wonderful hotel located in a really safe neighborhood in Santa Cruz, it was only a 35 min walk into the town centre and about 10 mins by Uber or taxi. The staff were excellent and both checkin and checkout was seemless.Our room was spacious and clean with facilities including a kettle, kitchen utensils, a stove top and free standing as well as a free standing fridge freezer and your stabdard mini bar.The free breakfast was also a standout with plenty of options. The gym is on the small side however, it was clean and unlike some hotels I've stayed in, all the machines were actually in working order and looked relatively new, the sauna option was also a welcome bonus. We didn't use the pool but it did look well maintained.

This hotel would cost you probably $300/night in Canada so the value for money here is incredible! It was perfectly clean, and well located near a ton of great cafes, bars and restaurants (best area to stay in Santa Cruz for sure). It was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in in our 2 months in South America, plus the breakfast was great and the rooftop pool was a lifesaver with the heat!

Gorgeous details, really eye-catching hotel. I like the boutique feel of it. Friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous suites and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

The rooftop bar isn't operational at the moment, they only serve breakfast (which was good by the way). Also the plumbing was acting up, but otherwise everything was great

Front desk staff were not very welcoming. Perhaps due to our lack of Spanish but we did try. They never really warmed up despite being there 3 nights. Smell in bathroom first night but likely not their fault. It went away

It is not a luxury vacation hotel like the nearby Los Tajibos. But it is considerably less expensive, and a very nice hotel for business people. The location is really excellent. It is my go-to hotel in Santa Cruz.

There is nothing I don’t like about this hotel

The personnel was really nice and friendly. The room was great. The breakfast was delicious. It was across the venue of the event I was attending.

The Internet connection was poor, couldn't work while in the room. Main disappointment. The restaurant was being remodeled so breakfast was brought to the room. Even though it was delicious, there was no choice for breakfast. You needed to tell the night before at what time you wanted the breakfast brought to the room, which in general is ok, but reduced the flexibility on changes of plans. This is a temporary thing, until the restaurant is remodeled.

Very central, lovely pool area, breakfast options were good. Would stay again

We don’t wish to harm the hotel’s reputation in anyway but there were a number of small cockroaches present but hopefully this has been resolved since our stay

Clean, nice beds, staff was helpful.

Small thing but they wouldn’t store our bags overnight for us. Not a big deal but something to consider if your plans require luggage storage. Also some plumbing issues (not much hot water, a toilet kept running overnight)

We liked everything, my family enjoyed our stay. Good location. Good place to stay for business or family vacation.

They asked me to pay for all the days I was planning to stay at the check in. I usually pay at the check out in other places.
