This was a family run hotel - a villa so to speak. It was probably the best house in the neighbourhood. We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport (15 min. drive) and we had a flight early in the next morning. The staff were really nice. The receptionist was so warm-hearted in helping us plan our time for the airport. The car driver was kind and punctual in picking us up on the first day and sending us to the airport on the next day. The waiter in the restaurant was also very kind and recommended good stuff. While they all speak little English, we were able to communicate the most important ideas. Most importantly, they were really kind and nice people.

There was no modern water boiler, but that's not fatal.

This hotel was very conveniently located off the highway for our trip from Mostar to Zagreb. The staff at check in were pleasant and efficient. The stairs up to our room were wide and easy to carry our bags and the bed was comfortable. The highlight of this whole stay was the food. Breakfast was included and it was a FULL breakfast including warm bread, eggs to order, juice, coffee, lunchmeats, cheeses, spreads and more. We also at ate the hotel restaurant the night before and the food was excellent. The quantities were very generous. It was open until 11:00pm so even though we arrived late, we were able to eat.

We had been staying in places in Bosnia that were more updated so this one was a little dated in comparison. The carpet is getting quite worn. That being said, the room was very large and we spent a comfortable night. Also, it was tricky to find the road to cross over the highway to find the hotel at night when we were traveling north. My husband called it an Off Ramp Puzzle :-).

Beautiful buildings, very friendly employees and an amazing restaurant. The staff has really been helpful in organizing a transfer from Tuzla and to Banja Luka. The internet connection is very reliable as well. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. I am really motivated to come back.

Very beautiful hotel, big rooms, very comfortable bed, the staff was super friendly and treated us very well. the breakfast was included and it was delicious.

The staff are pleasant and professional, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It also features new tech for added convenience, combined with a charming vintage style that adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Plus extra - close to airport and food store and bus stop plus distance from downtown.

You can use restaurant as room service.

The breakfast was poor, espreso coffe was extra and you need to pay. Only turkish coffee is allowable.. I dont think that 1 or 2 coffies will make the difference. ALso if you want to order something more than 1 you need to pay.. 2 eggs cost is 50 euro cents.. Probably there is a difference from the owners of the rastaurant and the hotel.

The receptionists were professional and polite, delivering an amazing customer service even through the WhatsApp contact. They went above expectations to help us with our inquiries and questions regarding our stay. The room was big with a magnificent mattress and pillows like made of clouds: we have slept so well that it was so difficult to get out of the bed! The breakfast is à la carte, but they serve big portions that one can enjoy in the traditionally decorated restaurant. The warm home-made bread is a must! There are also vegetarian options, which was highly appreciated! If you need to buy something, there is literally a shop on the other side of the road. The hotel is near the airport, and not so far away from the city centre: one can easily take the bus or opt for the comfort of the taxi. A big help was the pick-up service at the airport offered by the hotel upon a discounted price. We will definitely come back again. =)

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room size with a good view from the balcony.The place is safe and there's free car parking.

I wish there were ACs in both rooms.

This basically is a big villa style house built not so long ago. Rooms are decent and interiors are a little bit kitschy but all fine. Parking in front of the building is also convenient and there is a large supermarket directly on the other side of the street. I would recommend this place mostly for travelers as the distance to Banja Luka center city is 15/20 minutes one way.

The room we had was facing the busy road which is generating quite a lot of noise. For us it was not possible to sleep with the windows open so we had to use the air-conditioning which I usually do not prefer. I can imagine that rooms facing the more silent front of the house/parking side are not having this issue.

Luxury hotel, big rooms, helpfull staff. It is close to highway, but noise isnt se bad as we expected. Big porcion of breakfast from carte.
