The staff was exceptional we felt amazing there. The music was ideal, classical, classy, The hotel was beautiful, an interior was perfect And its so New. People are so kind there. Breakfast was amazing as well. We felt great

Lack of slippers, Refrigerators, tea pot to prepare tea in The room And lack of wardrobe. We came late maybe that’s why receptionist didnt have time to offer something more And something else as she left And The shift was finished, However those are some suggestion I am sure it would make customers happy as they are needed but we definitely enjoyed our stay, if come back I would come again to This hotel its great 😊

Very good hotel close to the city centre. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The bed was also quite good. The staff was also very kind, I left my luggage to take it to the room later, and they brought it to my door. They were also kind enough to accommodate my request for an early breakfast. The breakfast itself was quite diverse. I have a good impression from the hotel and would like to stay there when next time in BL.

There is no elevator

Very friendly staff, we had a good chat with receptionist, she recommended nice restaurants nearby. Really appreciated. Only thing that's missing in this super modern looking comfortable hotel is the lift. We had nice cozy attic room with good working AC. Breakfast was very good, many varieties. We were able to park our car in the yard. I recommend this hotel indeed!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this hotel! Staff was very friendly and polite, rooms were super clean, modern and cozy. Equipped with all the necessary facilities such as air conditioner, TV and a minibar. There was no tea kettle (as listed in the room description), but a nice surprise was that there was a drinking water dispenser with both cold and hot water on every floor! So, if needed, you could get something warm and cold to drink. The bathroom was very spacious and sparkling clean. The breakfast was amazing- super rich, for both sweet and savory taste. It featured all the classic breakfast dishes such as cereal and eggs, but also some oriental sweets, which was a nice bonus! The location is perfect as well- right next to one of the main attractions in Banja Luka, the Ferhadija Mosque. Probably the best hotel in Banja Luka, recommend to everyone!

Hotel Ideja is located in a very central location in the city which is walking distance from most attractions, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent.

Nothing in particular, If I had my time again I would have booked a longer stay in Banja Luka. I also would have potentially opted for one of the larger rooms.

This is a nice small hotel. The room is cozy. The bed is too soft to our taste, but it is OK. The staff is also OK, however they doesn't speak english it seems. The breakfast was superb! Free parking is available near the hotel.

The room is super small, probably it is because of being an economy room. The shower has no door, so the whole bathroom could be flooded after a shower.

Good location in the city centre. The lady on reception tried hard to get us a taxi since our flight got diverted via Zagreb and we were left by a bus at Banja Luka Airport past midnight with no taxis around. No taxi wanted to take us without a Bosnian mobile number either. She really saved us and we are very grateful to her about it. If someone from the management reads that it was on the night 20/21.07. The breakfast was also very good with large choice fir every taste.

A bit small space in the room but just for a sleepover was alrught

The hotel has a good location with free parking. Very clean and beautiful rooms, good linen and towels. Very nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Very well maintained place.

No lift. Perhaps it's hard to make, as a building is not new.

The room was very comfy, nice bathroom and big plus the parking just behind the hotel. The lady at reception was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect.
