All the staff was super friendly and helpful, whenever I had a question. The location of the hotel is perfect for a citytrip ... You can reach every sight by foot, the main shopping street and shopping center Boska are literally just a stone throw away and also there is a bus station nearby, that brings you to the main bus station, that's a bit more located in the outskirts of the city. There are also some nice bars and even on weeknights, you can go for a cocktail and listen to some music until late in the evening.

My room was located on the second floor, facing one of the main streets, which made it a bit noisy, so eventually think about bringing noise cancelers to sleep. Also there is a blinking led-billboard on the building on the opposite site of the street that was a bit nervewrecking, but with fully closed curtains it was ok.

The receptionists made me feel welcome and answered any and all questions. The room was very inviting - the hotel corridors maintain its classical look while the room itself was modern with proper air conditioning, tv, bathroom, etc. Slippers were also provided in the room The hotel features a restaurant on the bottom floor. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, wedged between Boska and the Fortress.

Although I wouldn't regard it as a fault, the experience in the hotel would have been much more elevated if they had a proper 24 hour room service.

Very friendly and efficient reception staff. They accommodated all of our requests. Excellent central location. Good breakfast options. Rooms have A/C and an air purification system. The WiFi signal is strong and reliable. A number of TV channels, including some English language ones. Because of the central location, it can get a bit loud if you have a street-facing room, above the cafe.

Excellent location. Hotel is right in the middle of the city centre and everything is accessible by walking in a few minutes. Nice breakfast and very lovely staff.

Hotel is a little dated. Windows are not isolating very well so there were noises from the main street coming in. However, it is right in the city centre, which is a little expected. There is a construction site right behind the hotel, but during my stay, there were no works being done.

We were there in the end of August during weekend and it was impossible to leave the windows open. We heard the noise from street whole night. it is not fault of the hotel, it is probably in every hotel in city center. We did not like that in room/restaurant where was served breakfast, was allowed to smoke, so the smell was terrible.

It's a historic building located right on the main street with a lot of activity. The breakfast has many options, food is tasty. The room is comfortable and has everything.

On the breakfast buffet, the coffee is terrible. The staff could be more friendly.

The stay was perfect! Everyone was very cultured, polite and kind! Kudos to Ms. Mirjana, who works at the front desk, who met all my requests. I would recommend everyone coming to Banja Luka to stay at this hotel.

I haven't found anything to say anything bad about

Excellent location. Right in the center of the city. Everything is literally just a couple of steps away. The room was very clean and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic with many cheeses and excellent meat options to choose from. They even had great vegeies and fruit that were fresh and tasty. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be back when I'm in Banja Luka

I liked everything about my stay

Location super central within easy reach of the fortress Kastel and the river Vrbas, parks. Many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity as is the post office, banks, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom compact but nice and has even a built-in bidet faucet in the wc.

The bathroom could be a bit larger

Nice hotel right in the center of Banja Luka, with comfortable rooms and good facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful

The wireless signals were extremely weak and highly unstable.
