Right on the river and we asked for - and were allocated - rooms with river view. That means though that you also overlook the restaurant which at times was a bit busy - but mostly was empty by 10pm so did not disturb sleep. Rooms were wooden floored and perhaps some people might find them a bit old fashioned - but we thought they had character and were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ample - and good coffee was served. We chose muesli and yoghurt, bread and cheese, and were served a lot of fruit too. The male receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Bed was large and comfortable - plenty of pillows, towels etc.

Only local channels on TV - so no news in English but not a big thing.

Nice hotel with good location by the river Vrbas and near the castle and the center. Hotel staff very helpful and nice and private guarded parking provided and a parking place reserved prior to arrival. Super generous breakfast and clean and large room were also much appreciated.

Were not as attracted by the hotel restaurant (prices and menu) as by the hotel itself, but there are plenty of places nearby (walking distance) to sample authentic local food at reasonable prices.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Arranged for a rental car on a sunday when there seemingly was none. Restaurant was great with vast selection of local food. River right next by my room and view over the castle. I strongly recommend this place.

Wifi did not live up to the expectations. But I found that almost wherever I stayed in Bosnia so nothing special.

Very nice location, comfortable, clean facility. There is no elevator, but the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs. The restaurant downstairs, with the huge terraces overlooking the river, is wonderful, food i fine.

the hotel is located at a very busy area, huge amount of cars trying to park...The room was also quite noisy - first, noise from the kitchen of the restaurant downstairs, and then deep into the night music from different other restaurants across the river.

This hotel is located at the best place and our room is facing a landmark view: the fortress over the river. There is a tree outside of the window overwater. The bridge is just in sight. So that's what is the most valuable thing about this room in the hotel.

The breakfast is not a buffet, but ordered a la carte, which was totally fine. What I didn't like was the ham omlette which was extremely salty. I didn't pay attention in the beginning but when I finished half of it, I felt this was an awkward choice. I drank a whole bottle of water later to neutralize that taste.

Fantastic location, great food, apartment like home, and staff ready to help with all what you ask. I have business travels to Banja Luka often, and it is good in summer and winter, Strongly recommend to everybody.

smoking is allowed in the corridors and the smell can sometimes be felt in the rooms. Hotel restaurant staff was not particularly kind. One waiter felt that it was a cold morning for him and refused to serve us on the terrace.

The hotel was very nice. The room and bathroom were fine.

The first night there was loud music from nearby. This did not stop until 1:30am and we could not sleep. The next night was OK.

Good location with parking. Large room. Friendly staff. Had both dinner and breakfast, tasty and good value.

Air Con worked, thankfully, but had an annoying rattle that impacted on sleep.

The location above the Vrbas river and next to Kastel fortress is very picturesque. Bear in mind only if there is some music event in the fortress because the sound comes over and it may last late in the night. The hotel is nice and clean and it has also a good restaurant. Therefore the breakfast on the terrace just above the river was tasty. The staff (receptionists, waiters) is very kind. I asked for a free parking slot in advance and even though there are very few slots, they reserved one also in the evening, when there were also quite some guests in the nearest restaurant on the raft on Vrbas. The room/apartment, suitable for 3 persons, is spacious, well equiped and clean - it could be easily granted 4 stars instead of official 3.
