I really liked the location of this hotel, and it also has a restaurant. There is private parking available. What we appreciated the most was the service. The receptionist, Neda, does her job exceptionally well. We arrived late, and the restaurant kitchen was already closed. Neda arranged for us to have a meal at a nearby restaurant, and we had a lovely dinner there. I’m very grateful to her for the help.

A room was a little bit small.

Amazing service by Neda at front desk on my late arrival and making a effort to prepp me a sallad on a very late arrival. Neda you are a star. Good, spacious room, very good bed, had a very good sleep. Nice breakfast with good choice of charcuterie, cheese and very nice scrambeld eggs

The receptionist! She was always happy and smiling, she could advise and help with everything. I have never seen so many smiles even at the reception of the Kempinski Hotel *****.

The smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel, next to the reception there is a bar/restaurant where smoking is carried out and it spreads throughout the hotel, something that is prohibited in the EU is still normal here. There could be a wider selection of food at breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. Location was excellent with a lovely walk to the city centre. The room was so comfortable best bed i have had in Bosnia with lots of pillows. The breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The staff were super friendly especially Nada. She is so good at her job. A friendly smile . There was also a young guy on reception at night who was very smily and friendly. By far the friendliest hotel in Bosnia. Recommend this hotel and the price is excellent
