I liked this place because it was safe, clean, it has free parking, elevator, and the breakfast included it was really good. You get one free coffee, one free water and you choose your own breakfast meal from the menu. We got each of us one omelette with bread, they were huge and delicious.

It was hard to communicate with the lobby staff, she didn’t speak any English at all, so it took me long time to manage to understand each other through google translate and finally to check in. Far away from the city center, it’s ok to choose here if you have your own car, otherwise the location is not convenient for you, (in my opinion). There was no gym at this property.

Very nice hotel on the border of the city. It has an elevator and very nice restaurant on the ground floor. We were provided with a good 2-room hotel room with separated beds for kids. Hotel also has a gym. They told that a sauna will be also operational in some weeks. Combined with buffet breakfasts I found this property outstanding. Huge free private parking was also great.

Just location. Middle of a commercial zone. So, it's a nice hotel for the car travelers.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but this should not be a deterrent, as downtown is only 4 km away and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, with everything appearing new and modern. Breakfast was generous, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of high-quality meals. The parking area is safe, with ample free spaces available at all times.

I can't say that there was anything I disliked about this hotel.

Friendly staff, modern, clean and generous sized room for a family of four as well as free onsite parking. The food was delicious and well priced. Approx. 10 min drive to the city centre.

The door buzzer is triggered when the door is open for too long and thus goes off when moving cases in or out of the room, getting room service.

Hotel is great, food is good, staff is very nice and polite.

Heating wasn't working but considering that day before was 30 Celsius and on day of my stay (10.09) was 13 Celsius what is unusually cold for that time of the year, I suppose that hotel didn't manage to change system from cooling to heating, so that is ok. Otherwise I believe that heating is great 😃

The hotel was great, and the room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff are excellent, even after check out, they allow me to have a meeting in one of the meeting rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hotel has a parking free.

It is a bit far from the city centre

Nothing not to like, rooms first class, food excellent, and the staff are brilliant they couldn’t be more helpful, they all spoke very good English, we would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money.

Maybe a little far out from the city but if you have transport not a problem

very comfortable bed, carpet on the floor. Hallways were clean and smelled freash.

They offered a good selection for breakfast but their hot dishes were all cold. They only had tiny candles under the pans to attempt to keep the food warm. It didn't work.

Very kind and helpful stuff, they did amazing with serving us. The room is very beautiful and the Jacuzzi is amazing. Very new building, enjoyable to be there. We will book again for sure next time we get to Bosnia.

All was great

Amazing facilities, nice breakfast and very nice staff. They ordered me a taxi and packed my breakfast. They were super sweet I also had Diner. It was good
