Apartment is very nice, cozy and clean. It had huge bath inside and lovely bathroom. Upon entering, I was delighted by the impeccable condition, as every detail exuded care and comfort for the guests.

The view was enjoyable and it was quiet - a good place to relax. The sauna was cozy and the rooms were decorated nicely.

The tap water during our stay was yellowish and we didn't want to drink it from the tap nor use the bath tub. They still charged us for the bottled water that we had to drink from the mini bar because we had no choice. With such a price of accomodation that is the least they could do - offer free water. Also, it was winter, for the first hour or two when we came, it was quite cold until we asked the owner to help us warm up the place and then he gave us a remote to air-conditioning which then made the room warmer.

What an unexpected and hidden gem! We original booked the hotel for one night, but prolonged it for one more night since the location was extremely scenic and relaxing and the hotel was very nice. The rooms are very nice with a jacuzzi, seating area and a mini-bar. The hotel provides a bottle of white wine as welcome gift. I consider this very generous and highly appreciate the gesture. Every unit has their own terrace with two sunbeds, chairs and a table. The pool with a panoramic view is very clean and was worth a swim. Also the sauna was really good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There are cats and the puppy Charlie, who are visiting from time to time the guests. The hotel has enough space for cars on their own parking slot. The breakfast was very good. Upon arrival the reception asked us what we want for breakfast. That was very nice. Within 20 min you reach Banja Luka. A shop is in walking distance. However, I recommend a car going there.

Nothing, it is really worth a visit.

It's the right place to spend a few days if you are into exploring surrounding nature, which is pretty stunning. In the area you can visit Krupa springs and waterfalls, Vrbas river, and Manjača mountain, but it's really beautiful wherever you go. All bungalows are fancy dugouts with a spectacular view on hills and mountains. When I was there with my family it was too cold for the swimming pool, but we enjoyed sauna every day.

The breakfast was served on the terrace in front of the room, but the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to eat. Additionally, the breakfast focused on high-quality meat products but lacked vegetables and dairy items such as yogurt. Fortunately, the owner said that they will soon move the breakfast to the dining room near the reception (they were working on it while we were there). I hope it's in use already.

The hotel is located in a small village near Banja Luka surrounded by beautiful mountains which make a stunning view. The room is spacious and nice, very well-made and thought through. Breakfast is simple but large and very delicious. The pool and the sauna are also super nice and private. There is a mini market nearby but if you want to explore the surroundings, a car is definitely needed. There are many beautiful places to visit, such as Krupa waterfalls. We had a very relaxing time and definitely would recommend this place!

If I was really trying to find something I did not like, it was that huge pillow I had to wrestle each night before kicking it out of the bed. :D "1st world problem" :D If that is my only "complaint"....

Our family had a great time in the newly established and modern, high standard appartments. Due to the construction of the appartment along the hill and the refreshing pool even the heatwave was not an issue at all! For winter time a sauna is also available. The business is family owned and was very welcoming so we felt like at home. The accomodation should be considered on a road trip (as in our case) or just for a timeout in the nature. Everything was absolutely amazing! The view, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the hosts, the room.... Just everything was perfect. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back! The AC was also great to have in the hot summer days and of course the beautiful pool :)

Maybe having an extra trash can in the room would be nice. The small one in the bathroom filled up quickly with a family of 4.

Newly built luxury resort in the small village close to Banja Luka. We were pleasantly surprised with amenities (free bottle of wine, fruit, nesspresso pods, bath salts for the jacuzzi). Jacuzzi in the room was perfect, there is a sauna close by, available at all times for private use. Everything was carefully decorated, stylish and clean. Staff was amazing and breakfast was great.

The room could use a closet for longer stays.
