Everything was excellent – the location, the room with a beautiful view of city center. A big plus is the secured parking in front the hotel. The room was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable – everything you need for a pleasant stay. Room service was quick, efficient, and very professional, which made the whole experience even better. But above all, the highest praise goes to the staff – incredibly kind, always smiling, and truly dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and well taken care of. They really made the stay special. 👏😊

If I had to mention one thing, it would be the breakfast—it was good, but a bit more variety would have made it perfect.

The staff at the reception desk was amazing, very proactive and accommodating from check-in, till early morning 4h15AM check-out, Branislav and Marina were very helpful and proactive. Attention to detail of providing a take-out breakfast was a nice thoughtful touch from the Hotel staff. Rooms are very clean and breakfast very good. I would go back to this hotel as it is conveniently located in the heard of the city of Banja Luka.

The staff was exceptional, kind and professional. Quick service and respectful. The breakfast was great and so many options. Easy/free front parking. Walking distance to city center. Decent size room.

The shower glass was leaking and the floors were getting wet all the time. Had to use multiple towels around it. Somewhat mold/darl spot in the corner of the shower floor//tile. Impossible to open windows for fresh air, the ceiling was covered with bugs immediately.

This is a small boutique hotel next to a convenient supermart that ticked all the boxes for our short stay in Banja Luka. Staff here were exceptional, speedy responses on the app going out of their way to make a memorable stay for their guests. Special shout out to Vanja a gentleman at the front desk for his efforts. Contemporary rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom did get a bit wet due to lack of a shower door but otherwise a wonderful stay with breakfast to start the day!

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The comfy beds, clean rooms and convenient location added to the positive experience.

The breakfast room was a bit messy. Area was crowded, tables not promptly cleaned, it affected the overall experience. I expressed my concerns, hoping for improvements in the future. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues in the room, such as doors that didn't close properly and for example a loose hanger in the bathroom, etc.

Location - 15 mins drive from the airport, 10 mins walk to the city centre. across the road, there is a supermarket. Hotel - room was adequately sized, design of the room was very comforting with very comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice as well. We had dinner on one of the night (Pasta) and it was delicious. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room and bathroom, electric charcing for the car, the brakfast was really good, small and cosy place, everything what you need.

Just the coffee mascine. There should be more than one mascine to make coffee and this one is really really slow. If it is crowded it is really long time to get the coffee.

I really love how smart and fresh this property is. The staff are excellent - helped us with everything we needed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s a 10 minute walk to everything. Worth getting big room with sofa.

Sadly the sky bar was closed - but there are others in town.

Hotel is very nice with modern furniture. Bed is very comfortable, like on clouds. The room was really clean.

The room was too small for the kind of hotel and standard. We were in two of us, but the bathroom staff were only for one person, also only one slippers and bathtub. No drink in minibar. Really expensive wine (in glass) in restaurant.

Good breakfast... quite a good variety of choices ....could have smoked salmon/fish more often. Cooking generally very good, but dependent on which particular chef was on duty.

Ridiculous size (0.1l) and price for a glass of wine (17 DM, approx. 8 euros) with dinner.
