We liked the staff very much. They were helpful and managed to check us in early. We had the opportunity to witness the thorough cleaning of other rooms. The shuttle is a proper one and the driver is very nice. We liked the size of the room, the location next to the mall and in the airport proximity.

Our room was clean but it looked like it needs maintenance. The carpet and walls had stains. The poor ventilation of the bathroom caused a funny smell to spread in the room and also a bad aspect of the ceiling from humidity.

The reception was effective and hassle free. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms as well. Did not have the luxury (time wise) to enjoy breakfast or much more than that. I also ordered from the hotel restaurant, which seems to be under-stocked. Because I was informed they can't do a ham and cheese sandwich due to the lack of ham (kinda ridiculous). I then ordered a spicy chicken penne pasta, which was delicious, however, it was neither spicy nor was it penne (it was macaroni and it was creamy). Made me wonder if I might have bee given someone else's food, but there wasn't anything like it on the menu? Regardless, I was hungry and the pasta was still wonderful, albeit confusing.

The fridge in the room was most definitely broken. While the room was beautiful, the floor is very creeky and noisy. I also found it strange that there was a weight scale in the room (which was also non-functional). However, I suspect that was due to the batteries in it being dead. There were also a few other things broken in the room, like the toilet roll holder has seen some better days. And one of the bedside lights are also dead. Around 22:00 at night there was also a random alarm going off outside, it wasn't too loud to ignore, but could be a little bit irritating. Not sure what or why this alarm was going off.

Good location for a one-night stay, near the airport. Very confortable beds and very clean linen. The Airport Junction Mall is within few minutes walking distance. Very professional female staff at the reception; we think they were 2 manager ladies. The hotel offers shuttle to the airport.

Loud and loud guests. Unfriendly staff at the restaurant near the pool. When we asked the waiter to put the bill on the room, he told us "No, you will leave without paying. Hence, you pay now!". We perceived this to be an offensive behaviour. The breakfast is fairly limited; it offers stuff mainly for those who eat big portions of cooked food in the morning.

The location was good easy access to the Mall and close to the Airport.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast everything was cold be it sausages, bacon or baked beans. My last night of stay I ordered spare ribs and chips. The spare ribs were under cooked twice I had to return my plate. Upto a point I had to ask for my money back.

Just grabbed 2 boiled eggs and sausage. They were well prepared I loved their lamb chomps👌👌👌 Staff was welcoming House keeping were prompt or service requests

The bathing water was not hot, just luke warm. The reception area was full of unused chairs so it looked somehow nit receptive.

We really enjoyed staying at AQUARIAN, as staff are very welcoming. There is big shopping mall nearby the hotel, just walking distance less than five minutes in which your find varieties of food and shopping.

Rooms are bit smaller than expected.

breakfast was palatable, The two receptionist were very welcoming and helpful.

One lady has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT TO DINING TO REQUEST FOR SWEETNER AS THERE WAS NONE IN THE ROOM. SHE TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO THE ROOM AND ORDER SWEETNER FROM THE ROOM.

The place was beautiful friendly staff as well. The location was perfect 🥰 💞 👌

The only thing that was disturbing was that the breakfast had no Bacon but Didi promised that when we come back she will make sure .We will definitely call again 🙏

The packed breakfast was very bad and cold!!!! You should provide hot breakfast and also make it rich with meat and fried eggs and cheese.
