The place was so comfortable. When I travel, I normally struggle to sleep on the first night. For the first time ever, I slept like a baby on the first night at this hotel. The staff were respectful and friendly. I felt like royalty. The bed was so comfortable and the food was wonderful.

My room was at the end of the passage next to the emergency exit, and the handbasin tap did not have hot water and the nozzle was broken. The aircon was also a little noisy but I learned to switch it on earlier to warm up the room and switch it off after a few minutes.

Breakfast was great, an excellent omelette and the service was always with a sincere, beautiful smile. I liked the garden pool, climate, people, everything. The staff at the reception were invaluable, and I would like to thank Mrs. Anitha and the receptionists, especially Tito, for saving us in a difficult situation. It's hard to judge, maybe many things could be done faster, but it's probably a culture that can't be compared in different worlds

Great value for money. Helpful staff. I have extended my booking, so I am still at the hotel. 10/10 would stay here again. Bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy taxi ride away from everything necessary.

This isn't about the hotel at all but some guests need to learn how to respect others as it is not okay to shout from one room to another.

Breakfast not good. Selection and quality - Not helped by two large groups eating at the same time. Some issues when checking in with booking having been made via Booking.com - Not easy to find by check in staff

There was no possibility of using the telephone at the reception (an emergency contact with the hospital in Gaborone was needed).

The noise in the morning. My room 301 was next to where the cleaners were keeping some of their working tools. They would make noise

Excellent staff helpfulness and exceed expectations. Very big garden and swimming pool area, close to nature and birds. Amazing buffet dinner. Constant airport shuttles with free wifi. Excellent room service.

Few places with broken tiles. Room has a very old refrigerator. Few places which needs to painted. I cannot find too much fault with the place.

The promise to follow up lost luggage with the airport which did not happen,and not having contacts of taxi services to the hotel which can be readily available.Not able to pay in $.Food was a challenge though
