The hotel is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Maybe not the most modern decoration, but everything worked just fine. Staff is helpful. Unlike what other reviews said, I found there to be plenty of parking for cars available. I had a good stay.

The breakfast is way overpriced and underwhelming. Much too expensive compared to other fancier hotels in the city. They should reduce the price. Also the sound of the traffic light in front of the hotel gets a bit annoying at night.

Too many follow up emails and text messages. The aircon was not helping much, but maybe its my unexperience with this!! I believe the equipment in the gym is not working proper..... but I didnt ask for help/ attention.... as I figured a long walk in Gaborone would do me more good 😇

I was invited to receive an award at the University of Botswana, hosted by Mulher Forte African Literature PtyLtd . I stayed for the weekend and had a lovely time. Cresta President Hotel is definitely going to see me again. Perfect place, perfect people and most delicious food.

Thirty years (since 1994), The room, toilets are so clean. Towels as white as milk always. The shampo smelled so good.. Keepnit uo

AC noise should be out... Tea bags were missing ((only one pack Roibos, not standard tea was kept. Bar fridge was empty )

It's very convenient to go to supermarkets and mini market from this hotel. It takes just two minutes to walk from this hotel to intercape bus stop to Johannesburg. All staffs have a very good hospitality and politeness.

Clean and friendly staff

Nothing except that there was so much noise coming from a pub next door until midnight . When you arrive tired you can’t sleep immediately due to the loud music. This is beyond your control

Location - strategically located in the old part of the city closer to African markets, supermarkets and lots of activities. Staff - very friendly and helpful staff Food - the chef knows how to cook good food If you want to immerse with locals, it is much easier to do it here than other hotels in the CBD area.

Nothing really. Wasn't happy with the way one of the restaurant staff acted. She shouldn't be working directly with guests as she was very rude unlike everyone else.

Friendly accommodating staff. It was easy to arrange for a free late check out. I have visited the President Hotel several times over the last few years. two years ago the menu and food was excellent, last year below standard but this time the menu and quality was almost back to what it was formerly. Rooms are spacious with a large writing desk. Compared to similar hotels in the centre of Gaborone good value for money.

Noisy air conditioners and the key card for the door was several times faulty.

The place is presidential as it name says very classic and exceptional

Carpets looks old especially on the corridor plus cards kept on stopping working I hope it's an issue that they sorted out
