It was kept very clean. Way better than some larger international brands.

The shuttle service driver was always late to collect me. Late to collect from airport and late to transport me back to airport. She can do better with her time keeping.

The hotel itself, as well as the friendly and professional staff

Everything met our expectations but would like to raise 2 points, which may require improvement. 1. The noise level in the morning, just before 6am. The group of runners that met at the premises were talking so load that we were woken up. I think it's a good thing that the hotel provides a meeting spot for runners, being a runner myself. Only if they mindful that some people are still sleeping at that time. 2. The standard delivery fee (P23) for room service. I do not mind tipping the waiter or chef but the standard fee does not seem to make much sense as the restaurant is literally in the same yard. We wished to have utilised the option of room service but could not pay that fee

Mondior Summit Hotel is absolutely spectacular, well built, furnished with durable furniture, meticulously decorated and just a relaxing place. Very friendly staff, from management, security to housekeeping, everyone was so professional and super friendly especially because we stayed as a family of four, for almost a month, the staff acknowledged us, our guests were always welcome with smiles, this place felt so much like home to us.

This place is a gem, the facade and interior decor from the reception area to the guest rooms is so heart warming, it was definitely executed by someone with a long vision as it has stood the test of time👌🏾 this is definitely our home away from home forever, we woke up to birds chirping away, rain drops serenading us back to sleep, this was our first trip back home since the pandemic, so we definitely felt at home. The structure is rock solid providing great sound proofing which you hardly find in hotel settings. The internal garden with palm trees, the beautiful and clean pool which was opened upon our arrival, the staff members, both at the hotel and Newscafe restaurant were so lovely, you could see smiles through the masks which is symbolic at this tough time. The breakfast was freshly made to order with bottomless filter coffee, we occasionally had well prepared lunch platters. Honestly, do not look beyond this place when you want a majestic stay in Gabs. I believe that this hotel is the best for business men for the work. wide table, good WiFi, wide space of bathroom, great morning, etc. As a tourism consultant, I highly recommend you to stay this place!!

My neighbor are Indian people… It was so so loud….. hotel manager helped me to move different room. So there is no negative point at all.

Everything went well, as its a well reputed hotel and also offers good services for Tea and snacks. rooms are well equipped with sitting arrangements and small pantry ... makes it more comfortable for a good stay.

Honestly, everything! From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty, being greeted with smiles from ear to ear. Helpful staff willing to assist in any way possible. Upon arriving I already wanted to extend my stay for the week. The rooms are huge! No joke! Massive! They’re clean and well kept in place. The price for a nights stay in this gem is unheard of, the breakfast on offer at the Newscafe next door is enough for a big man to say “ok, that’s enough!!!!” All included in the room rate of about R800/ night.Like what!!!!!? Rooms are nicely AC controlled. Which make it a nice comfy place to come home to after a long day in the sun. Unfortunately I had to return home for work and had to cancel the rest of our stay, with promise to come back!!!!!! Love this place
