Complimentary shuttle service from and to the airport. Good breakfast included in the price. Really friendly staff everywhere. The restaurant on the 28th floor offers fantastic 360 degree views of the city. I had dinner and it was excellent. The terrace is very atmospheric.

I would have preferred a pool or a reciprocal arrangement with a property that has one. They offer access to a gym but the gym didn't look all that clean sadly. The location of the hotel safe in the room is too high for any normal heights person. It needs to be brought down please.

We paid for a small room but since we were staying for a long period, I think they upgraded us to one of their biggest rooms which is the size of an apartment and came with a large balcony. Felt very luxurious. It was also great having the rooftop restaurant so close on the top floor and the free breakfast that came with that. The location of the hotel is also very central.

Every time we'd log into the hotel WiFi on our phones, within 5 min, it would kick us off and nothing seemed to fix it. There was also a constant noise from an upstairs room's facility, like an AC running (the hotel shares a building with an apartment complex and the staff couldn't do anything about the noise. It didn't really bug me but it bugged my travel partner for a little bit. Despite all this, I would definitely still book again.

Staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful; big shout out to Max at reception and Karabo from the restaurant who both especially went out of their way to make this an enjoyable stay.

It's next door to an restaurant/club that can be quite loud late into the night on Fridays/Saturdays. Otherwise small points really; wish the air-conditioning was quieter and had more sensitive controls. It would also have been good not to have to get my room card reprogrammed four times due to it not working.

Room50two more than exceeded my expectations if there's such. The staff was incredibly pleasant and professional, they assisted me with getting cabs to the Forbes summit activities and other info. The hotel itself is truly great value for money, beautifully kept with great facilities.

The fact that my room had a door to the next room meant I could hear everything going on there and vice-versa, that wasn't very pleasant because my neighbor would turn on the TV at 6am every morning and I'd have to call reception for that. The restaurant staff could be better equipped to deal with visitors but otherwise my stay was pleasant.

The place is so beautiful, the view also give you the scope of Gaborone, oh my God the breakfast so delicious. We really enjoyed the place and ourselves there.

Mh...Oh the towels were not enough for both of us they were for one person, and so were the sleepers and the face wash towels. It seemed like it was set for one person. But what was there was of good quality and we loved it.

It was spacious and very clean.

Everything was for one guest. As they thought the booking was for one. Small bed. Double. We like queen size beds. As the room is very big. They did bring extra towels after we had to asked. As we were leaving very early we asked for packed breakfast. We traveled to Windhoek. The breakfast was only for one. But all over a very nice Hotel.

Location is great - quick access to meetings in the CBD, Old Mall, and Fairgrounds. Room was awesome - spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was passable for a vegetarian - perhaps mushrooms and tomatoes could be added to the buffet options.

Pillows were very hard. Lack of hand soap in the bathroom meant having to fetch the shower gel for each hand wash. But these were minor inconveniences. Overall a great stay/

Great property in Gaborone. We found the room to be quite nice and up to expectations. The building was quite nice and staff were friendly. Within walking distance of restaurants and had a lovely rooftop bar. Would highly recommend for business or leisure travel.

The friendly service and the rooms are clean and very spacious.Especially traveling as a family with 2 children. Real value for money.

These are minor but important adjustments that would make things perfect: - The restaurant serves great meals but the waiting times are sometimes too long. Food is very tasty but the waiting times are a bit too long for international standards. I forgot what i ordered 😁! - The waiting times at the elevators are exreme! The efficiency of the 3 Elevators need to be re-evaluated and also would have a positive effect saving energy/electricity costs for the owners/hotel. i guess they ordered a cheaper version of lift controls. Schindler also has “Port” technology to make things more efficient.

Breakfast was below average for the level of hotel. It was mediocre at best. Cappuccino was not included in the rate and they wanted to charge us. Hotel of this calibre it’s should be included.

Range. I told the staff that with this heat they should put the butter in a bowl with ice. No one tens. I do not like melted butter. It should be firm to hard. This should be automatic, also because you save. You open melted butter it looks discussing, you can not put it on toast or certain pastries.
