Everything ok. The room was clean, everything including air-condition works, the water in the shower was warm, we had enough of the towels and shampoo and soaps and they also have hairdryer in the bathroom which I appreciate! And the mattresses are super comfortable! 😊 Amazing breakfast and beautiful and clean terraces with swimming pool (what I would recommend to put in the description what is included in the price of room, because it wasn't there. For me it was a nice surprise! 🤗) I saw also sauna is there, but I didn't visit it. The location is perfect, near the beach in the safe part of the city. I think for the price we played it was amazing! 😍

WiFi doesn't work well. Sometimes it's better, but sometimes it absolutely doesn't work. For someone who needs to work on PC there, could be a problem...

The Breakfast Buffet was very busy but very well staffed and with plenty of good choices , fruits, meats, breads, coffee, juice..prefect location to the beach, great neighborhood for walking at night, I felt very safe and the hotel was very accommodating to my leaving my luggage after check out so that I could use the lobby and pool and wifi until I needed to leave

The location is great, breakfast is good, the swimming pool is pretty good as well. I rented a car so I used the hotel parking lot that includes valet service, since only they enter and take it out of the garage.

The only thing that bothered my wife was the cleanliness, they clean the rooms every day, but it seems like they don't. And also the entire building needs maintenance. Anyway, it's worth what you pay, it one of the cheapest hotels I found.

Good location near post 2 on the Copacabana beach - only 2 blocks away. Plenty of buses to get you to Centro or Ipanema. Breakfast ok - standard Brazilian. Plenty of fruit.

A bit impersonal. The water was cut off on my last day of stay. Not the hotel’s fault, but no provisions made for this emergency.

The location is awesome, staff was very polite and the facilities in general are good

I stayed 6 days and 4 of them my access card had troubles, I couldn’t open my door and I have to go several times to the reception to fix them. It took me about 1.5 hours to make the check in

We are back in Fortaleza please cancel my reservation for July 21 till July 23 because we are not in Rio anymore,I canceled with the hotel but you need the cancel in your part also and and send confirmation of cancelation to the hotel ,thanks ory dulberg

The hotel service

Location perfect, walking distance to the Copacabana beach and to the great shopping centre Rio-Sul. Breakfast good lots variety. Room where we stayed-suite is perfect with Spa and large spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful from reception, housekeeping and kitchen.

No any complaint

The breakfast buffet and the fact that it includes a small pool on the top of the building.

I could complain mainly that the door open system was a nightmare and the shower, especially the shower head that didn't spray water evenly.

The room was very spacious and nice. The location was perfect. It was nice to have a swimming pool.

The breakfast could be better, it felt a little bit like a fast food and not home made.

Good location, although room sound insulation could improve, especially considering hotel sits on a busy street and next to a tunnel. Carpet needs cleaning and towels could be changed for new ones. Clean sheets and bathroom. Can't beat the price, at only US $25/ night! Breakfast is poor and busy, worth skipping for the delicious "padarias" nearby. Aircon in the room I booked didn't work, and the staff was super nice giving me a whole apartment with a private jaccuzi on the top floor as a free upgrade:)) Bag drop off will cost you $6 so keep that mind if you have a later flight. Overall a good value if you are on a tight budget.

Dirty carpet, inadequate sound insulation of windows, breakfast quality, old towels with holes..lol
