Centrally located - literally 50 metres from Copacabana Beach! Good breakfast. Clean hotel. Good power shower in bathroom.

The low hanging light fitting in the room which I collided with on a few occasions! Very unhelpful to have this there. No bin in main room. Snacks left on the desk were not complimentary but not on the room bar menu either. They should be included on the room bar menu or not left out - one or the other, it’s quite simple!

We had to pay to leave the luggage at the reception. I have never seen this in my life before.

The value for money is exceptional. The hotel is undergoing a minor renovation. However, there was no noise to be detected.

The Wi-Fi network seems to be incompatible with recent Apple devices. With all of the security measures built into iPhone and Mac, the internet connection was extremely inconsistent. Had to rely on my 5G cellular data. Keep that in mind if you intend on working remotely.

We had a super deluxe room which had a balcony and was facing the street. It was great! Really comfy beds and plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of fruits, cakes, breads, warm foods and drinks. The location is fantastic as it’s 2 minutes to Copacobana or Leme beach.

Upon arrival we were given a deluxe room which was ok sizewise but facing the courtyard. You had to get very close to the window to actually see the sky. So the room was dark and dingy. The hot water pot for tea or the coffee pot at the breakfast buffet could have been filled much more often. People were pumping away for quite some time before their small cup was filled.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring—offering the kind of hospitality that’s hard to come by. It wasn’t just professionalism, it was personal, and it made all the difference. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was a real highlight—fresh, generous, and delicious. Carlito was genuinely attentive and kind. He went out of his way during breakfast to make sure I was well looked after, which I truly appreciated. A special mention must go to Fernando at reception, who truly stood out. He was not only helpful and attentive but also incredibly approachable and professional, yet with a light sense of humor that made every interaction feel relaxed and genuine. His kindness really elevated my stay and made me feel genuinely cared for. Even the cleaning staff were a pleasure to encounter - so polite, respectful and friendly! They did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless while always greeting guests with a smile.

• Clean, neat and tidy property. • The location of the hotel is amazing just 2 min to copacabana beach and surrounded by so many restaurants, bars and shops. • The staff are very friendly and helpful specially Marcello at the reception who will give you even advices and recommendations to make your stay more comfortable. • The room was clean, newly renovated and wide even they give us a room with a king bed + 1 single bed which we appreciated. • The room was cleaned everyday without fail. • Breakfast was nice with a lot of option. • The WIFI was good.

Our room was upgraded for us so we had a view of the sea and a balcony which was really nice - it’s also really close to the beach and loads of stores, salons, food places nearby

The rooms itself were a little outdated compared to the lobby itself - it dampens the expectation you have when you initially walk in. We also had to pay to store our luggage which we’ve never experienced before although they do mention this in their description - it’s just a rather odd thing is all

Breakfast could do with being improved. Many things are not very fresh.

For the money, it was great value. The location is excellent. Just 1/2 block from the beach. The breakfast was great. Shower was great. Good pressure. If you're looking for great value, and you're not too picky, this is a great option. But this is not the Hilton hotel. Front desk staff all spoke excellent english. Definitely recommend trying the Jaoquina restaurant just around the corner!

The room was a little small and dated. The construction going on was a little loud. Elevators didn't work sometimes. The front door didn't have a security guy most of the time, so it didn't feel as safe. That being said, the worst that happened in our 4 night stay was being hassled by a homeless guy at a pharmacy next door.
