We really liked staying at this place. It is right next to the beach, and near many great restaurants. We had a lot of fun discovering the bakeries and restaurants around us every morning and evening. We loved the HUGE room with a very comfortable bed. We slept very well thanks to the great AC and comfortable pillows. All the personel was super friendly and helpful. Moreover, the hotel provided filtered water on demand, a service we used every day to fill our bottles. Very convenient!

All of the following is minor, considering we really liked this hotel. We found that the breakfast is a bit expensive for what you can get going to the local shops/bakeries around the block. Moreover, we also found the state of the furniture to be lacking for a hotel of this caliber. Our room's bathroom door was in a very poor state, with some portions of the wood missing. The seat of the toilet was also a bit loose, and it would lean to one side when used. In the shower, we could see a little bit of mold/deterioration around the glass structure. We also wished the trash bins were a bit larger, they were very very small!

This hotel is exceptional, this is our second visit and we will definitely return. The location is in Leme, the quietest and safest part of Copacabana. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance and all major attractions are close by. The breakfast is great, with plenty of choice and options for different dietary requirements. What makes this hotel stand out is the team, everyone is so polite, friendly and goes out of their way to help you. Our baby was ill during our stay and the reception team supported us to visit the local hospital. Also Flavia, the housekeeping lady, was excellent.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, from the front desk and breakfast room to the pool bar and housekeepers. Our room offered a breathtaking view of Copacabana Beach, featuring the Duque de Caxias Fort and the endless Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast was amazing with variety of options: meat, cheese, fruits, cereals, diary and amazingly cooked omelets! Guest services were prompt and highly efficient, making all our requests smooth and hassle-free. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. Leme Beach stands out as one of the calmest spots in the area, attracting families with children for peaceful evening strolls. Additionally, the Av. Atlântica is quieter here, thanks to the dead end just beyond the Hilton building to the northwest.

To my personal preference, the A/C was not powerful enough, so it took some time to cool down the room. Additionally, there was a strange smoky smell upon first entering the room after a long day out, possibly due to a ventilation issue.

Leme is an ideal location at the quieter end of Copacabana beach with lots of good bars and restaurants. The Windsor is on the sea front so the roof top bar has breathtaking views, a pool and restaurant area where you can happily sit all day. Our room was large with AC, TV, free wifi, a minibar, shower room and plenty storage space, fresh towels, etc. It was cleaned daily. We only used the breakfast room/restaurant once during our 10-day stay but there was a great selection of food and abundant coffee. There's a free beach/pool towel service and laundry service was marvellous too. The staff were all super friendly, helping us with directions, taxis and late check-out.

Great Leme location, right across from the beach and the 19th floor pool, sun deck and bar are very nice. Decent enough fitness area with steam room’s a plus and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Windsors throughout Copacabana have a no guest beyond the front lobby policy that’s not disclosed on Booking. Can be an unexpected disappointment if you want to show a friend not staying there the amazing rooftop view and facilities.

Perfect location, with nice sea and Leme stone views. Excellent breakfast, they’re doing tapioca with your choice of fillings. The price was good as well, is worth getting the front see view room, which also has a bathtub. They have a rooftop pool, but we didn’t have time to try it. The room was very spacious.

There was a Nespresso machine in the room and 4 pods (to start with) but you have to pay per coffee / pod which was quite unusual, usually this is free.

Well located, great rooftop area, very large Superior room with partial beach view, comfortable bed with good linen, powerful shower and hot water, good choice buffet breakfast, very reasonable prices in bar and restaurant

Very busy and small congested check in / check out area with extended wait times as insufficient staff, bathroom in room was a little “tired” and needs a thorough steam clean

Location, ambience, rooftop bar.

That they check whether you used the minibar while you are waiting to check out rather than just asking you. It takes a long while and is silly. When checking in they did not tell me to leave a credit card number to charge incidentals, only to pay for the room. I didn’t realize there was a difference so could not charge at the bar.

This is a great hotel. in a great location - Leme is just the north end of Copacabana - it's the same beach and I actually preferred this area to the main section as it was slightly quieter/less people. The hotel has a great rooftop area with pool/loungers/restaurant/bar and great views along Copacabana and up towards Christ the Redeemer. Our room was really spacious with sea views, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's also close to a bunch of good restaurants. We walked the full length of Copacabana and Ipanema and we were really glad we picked this hotel and location.

Reception is always busy so had to wait a short time to check in/check out.

This hotel is perfect Extremely friendly and welcoming staff Modern and perfect facilities It's less than a minute's walk to the beach and you can go swimming in just your swimming underwear. There are two groceries across the street from the hotel. The gym on the rooftop is relatively well-equipped, including an elliptical machine. The rooftop swimming pool is clean and has a great view The hotel's two restaurants are of very high quality The hotel staff are experienced and know how to deal with the world. For example, they will provide free upgrades to guests who stay longer.

The WiFi is not very stable and slow at day time
