Location from the beach. Helpful staff Daniel especially! My was to go to a football game, Daniel looked online, discussed purchasing tickets, various ways to get to the game, etc. with me, Room service was good, breakfast buffet was nice….scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and cheese sandwich, danish’s, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, vegetables, various slices of lunch meat, cheese, juices, coffee and water. Close to public transportation, the bus stop was across the street, metro was 4 blocks away!! Rio Sul shopping mall was walking distance through the tunnel which I was advised by staff it’s not safe. So, I caught the bus!! I will definitely stay again!! Multi language speaking staff. I was not allowed to check in when I arrived at 9:00 AM. I stored my luggage and walked around until 1:00 PM. I was allowed to check in.

The staff who work in the hotel are very nice and helpful especially the concierge! The pool and the sauna at the rooftop are great! The location is perfect. The neighbourhood is very nice (affordable local restaurants, laundry, supermarkets, etc.) I will be back!

The mattress of the bed is not confortable. In one big bed, they have put two mattresses instead of one... And there is a noise 24h/24h of ventilation or maybe the elevator, they should do something about it. At night, you can hear it more. It is pitty, because all the rest was perfect but the mattress and the ventilation noise make the stay less confortable.

We always stay here when we are in Rio. The staff always remember us and treat us like family. The breakfast is excellent as usual. We haven't got a bad word to say about staff,they are always polite and very professional. They make it a pleasure to stay in the hotel. It is great value for money 👍

Staff - everyone just so polite and doing their best to give us a good time there. Would like to mention Carlos Eduardo who was a gentleman to help me with a personal problem I had. Location - really good, 5 minutes walk from Copacabana beach. Room - Simple but comfy and had all we needed. Swimming pool area - really nice and beautiful view.

The cleanliless was great. Staff super friendly and always open to help with any issues. The towells and bed clothes were excelent. Nice rooftop.

The location is awful, do not recommend to stay in Copacabana, or at least, not in this location because is the end of copa and in the nights the environment is really scary. I think the hotel is amazingly overpriced for that location.

Breakfast was delicious and convenient but expensive. You could walk down the street and get something similar for 1/3 of the price. The staff was excellent and very kind. I loved the room and the ambiance, and the location was very close to the beach; however, I would pay a little bit more to stay directly on the beach next time simply because the price is close in USD. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

It was a little hot in the hotel and a little stuffy. The pool was closed while I was there, and also, it is not as pictured. Otherwise, it was excellent.

I like location, room's size and service ,very good breakfast, dinner restaurant, roof bar and sauna.

TV cable very weak, limited, unable to get few channels, only CNN as a English language as well staff on reception to speak a second language

Friendly accommodating staff, close to the beach. They let me take filtered water from the restaurant whenever I needed it, let me leave my luggage and use bathroom/shower too before and after checkin/out.

The neighbourhood is not the prettiest or seems the safest. Didn't have the breakfast because it was very expensive. It's not the most up-to-date hotel, but it's ok for the price.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and the staff have always been kind, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs , breads etc. The rooftop pool and sitting areas were quiet and clean. Overall, a wonderful hotel.
