The breakfast selection was good.

Staff is very aggressive verbally. When I checked in I was told to go to my room and luggage will come. When I went to the room key wasn’t working. Door battery was dead. Went to tell the bellman and he told me aggressively to wait upstairs. Other bellman came, tested door and left angry came back with a screw. Then I called front desk to inform TV is not working. Bellman came after a while but couldn’t fix it. Then came back with different room key but didn’t explain nothing. After a while came to check if I moved. He wanted me to switch rooms which I finally did. Bellman service should be included. Water at the pool extremely cold

The hotel and rooms looked exactly how they did in the pictures. The breakfast was nice, hotel staff were nice particularly Gabriel and Marina. Gabriel was very helpful with giving advice and spoke good clear English which was great as I’m from England.

There’s wasn’t nothing really to dislike, but as mentioned before by someone, maybe the towels could be whiter and a think blanket on the bed instead of a sheet.

It’s good. I took another night. I leave out tomorrow morning. Place is good staff is wonderful. Especially Gabriel Breakfast is fresh n clean n tasty. Will love to be back end of December Thanks for everything u guys are good too

No complaints

The location was excellent, right by the beach and close to Leme. Many restaurants and bars nearby making it easy for us to enjoy our time.

We were informed that room service ended at 945 p.m., which isn't consistent with what we were informed at check-in. Ordering drinks from the bar was a challenge.

I need my deposit back !!!! They hotel staff told me Booking has my deposit on hold But booking is telling me the Hotel is holding it I need your help to solve this

Excellent staff - starting from the courteous warm greetings at the door by Moacir to the gracious help from Aparecida, - and including the excellent care and service provided by Gabriel at reception desk!

Would have appreciated having more healthy offerings in breakfast buffet...

We are a group of 5 friends and we like to be all in one room. This hotel is one of the few hotels that offer a room like that in Copacabana. The price was very well compared to the other hotels. The metro station is close, good food options in the neighbourhood and there is a small shop with acai desserts right around the corner and we went there every day. If you have a room with sea view you will have an amazing panorama of Copacabana beach. Breakfast was very good. This hotel offers some tours of popular sites in Rio and makes reservations for you. The pool is a nice edition but a bit small

No pool towels, just normal towels. This hotel is a bit old. It has everything you need but it showed its age. Windows and elevators worked perfectly but a bit old and worn out. Beds were a bit stiff

We loved the view, the staff, the showers ( the water pressure on the showers), good breakfast. Everything was very good.

The door on the room was a little hard to open.

The breakfast was way better than we expected, the location was great and our room had an ocean view so that was amazing. I would use this hotel again in the future.

The windows made a lot of noise because of the wind so we had to support the gaps with some flip flops. The air condition in one of our rooms had some kind of electrical issue but worked well most fonte time. We tried to use the sauna next to the pool but it was not working. I just mentioned these things for a chance to improve but it wasn’t a big deal.
