The location is splendid and the value for money is great. It is in an excellent location and very accommodating, with an easy access to the most important areas of Copacabana. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I felt well-attended and would go there again.

These are details, but definitely need an improvement. The elevator was very annoyingly dysfunctional, not well-synced at all - it took ages to move between the floors. My access cards to the hotel room stopped functioning, and when I went to the receptionist, they took it as a most normal thing.

1 location , near beach and going and coming buses, near subway station 2 great wifi i had to work 3 lots of food at breakfast, hungry guests and great kitchen staff with cuttlery and reposition of food

1 windows are dirty they can improve that, i had a lovely tree i could not take clean pictures 2 it is not a Palace, it was in the seventies for sure, it needs carpentry at bathroom door and bed back , stains in courtains. It will be amazing some art , naked walls are sad . As i said it has potential 3 coordinate better cleaning service with guests many times you go back and it is not cleaned , but i had cold and i got a blanket. I will come back for sure

Location is the best, few minutes walking from Copacabana beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast buffet was really good and was quite filling. Our room had a small fridge so it was comfortable to buy some beverages and keep them cold. Air conditioning in the room was also really helpful.

Pool and gym areas are really small but they were not too crowded sonwe could enjoy them. Swimming pool area was under construction so there were times where it could not be used, apparently you could use the pool from the hotel next door but nobody from the staff told us. Lobby was too cold due to air conditioning but that seem to be overall in Rio.

Great location. Two short blocks to the beach and surrounded by eateries. Two blocks the other way to a busy road with small markets to get snacks. The breakfast is incredible. Meats, cheese, breads, sweets, fruits, juices, and milk. The hotel is very clean and many room are newly refurbished. The pool on the 13th floor has incredible views. They could store your suitcases for about 6 bucks as well as early check in if a room is available. Taxis going by all the time( they are very inexpensive- have reals to pay it makes it easier.) There are exchange places within two blocks. Many cabs also offer tours if you don't like larger tour busses.

Thiago the receptionist is so helpful and great! And the Mr. From the breakfast so funny and lovely! Hope they pay a good money for the HOTEL STAFF CAUSE THEY WORK SO HARD BUT ALWAYS TREATS ME WITH A SMILE . Thiago did everything he could to made my stay the best as possible 👍

The Hotel needs an up grade ....little old ... But clean and well located!

Breakfast, staff, location, air condtioning and water fall pool. Top management must listen to their staff. Working together more sorting out the real life hotel day to day issues. The staff was really helpful and professional. I will return to this hotel.

Special thanks to Thiago on reception that helped with a lot of advices, allowed me to leave my bag after checkout as danger here is Rio is quite high. He also helped with answering all my questions and gave a lot of recomendations. Best hotel hospitality in a long time that made my stay in Brazil mesmerising! Obrigado 😁💪

Gym was tiny, but doable

+ The reception staff, Cesar, was very helpful. He directed us to the local store that sells quality but less costly local products (chocolates, chips, etc), gave us directions towards the church, and offered to send my postcards too. + The breakfast buffet offers a wide spread of pastries / bread, fruits, sausages, bacon, juice, etc. + Great location --- just 2 blocks from the Copacabana Beach and so many stores and restaurants around the area

- the key cards kept on deactivating every day (even if it's placed in a safe, non-magnetic pocket / wallet), even when we just went down for breakfast at the hotel restaurant - the time and temp shown inside the elevators are not correct (should just be turned-off if it's not working)

Great hotel for the price. Great and friendly staff. The housekeeper works well. I also liked the location. Would probably stay here again.

The key card often did not work, almost every day we went to the front desk to have it fixed. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. If you want to stay at this hotel, take earplugs with you because the noise isolation is poor

Location. Two blocks to the beach. Three blocks to pubs and cafés. Four blocks to metro. Hearty breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Friendly multilingual staff. Noon Check-out is a huge plus. Luggage storage for R$ 30.

Property is a bit dated. Construction noise at 8 am, not fun! Ask for a floor with no construction at check-in. A great value at $60 or less.
