As sisters from Ireland being in Brazil for the first time we were greeted with excellent reception staff and porter. These staff all week were friendly, helpful went over and above with advice. The twin room was fine and had plenty of room. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Loved being up by the rooftop pool, great view for sunset. Good location for a beach or city break.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Largre, renovated room with view. Clean. Good reception staff, mainly Pietro, he was outstanding helpful, kind, friendly. Location is perfect! Safe. Price. Value for money. Bathroom is dark. Bide is a joke. Breakfast and lifts must be improved.

Well located a few blocks from the beach, the room was lovely. The pool area was nice and the pool was clean and warm. Great breakfast and the front staff were all nice.

Fitted sheets on the beds would be an improvement, the flat sheets were too small to remain tucked in. The wifi was patchy, it dropped off all the time making it really hard to do much online.

Close to the Copacabana and staff was always helpful and available. The breakfast was great and well organised!

Could be more clean, rooms were cleaned daily so that was not the issue but there were spots in the bathroom and bedroom that were there for longer than a couple of days

Air conditioning in my room was noisy. I see that for some rooms new air conditioning was already in place. They are upgrading the rooms.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great, really close to the beach and to many restaurants.

Facilities are old, but everything works.
