Location was great , close to the Copacabana beach and shops. They also had a very good breakfast and very helpful members of staff.

They do not have a iron to borrow. Gym and room toilets need renewal.

This was is not easy to rate, as i appreciated the staff but the facilities did not match my expectations. Breakfast was the highlight of my stay, excellent variety and service. Fresh fruits on the table day after day. Like i said staff was excellent, from my cleaning lady, the gentleman who checks room numbers at the restaurant, i witnessed him go above and beyond to other guests while I was checking out at the lobby. Both manager and receptionist staff i interacted with were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel super well located, couple steps away from the beach, and several stores, restaurants, shopping mall, subway, etc.

Bed was comfortable but a little soft for me. My room did not have conventional toilet paper, not sure why but thought this was a thing in Brazil until i got to my next hotel. Toilet was difficult to flush, not well positioned in the bathroom either; i stayed on the 17th floor as well. They do not seem to be the same however.

The room I was is very clear but I was told that I was the first person to be in that room since it was renovated.

The reception needs some renovation.

We stayed at Mirasol Copacabana for 2 nights and it met our expectations well. The highlight was the huge bed, the biggest I've ever seen. There was a shower but no bath in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, buffet style, with a range of pastries, cakes, fruits, meats and cheeses, breads, scrambled eggs, etc. We spent some time on the rooftop loungers one afternoon, but I didn't use the pool. The pool was very small and had a few sun loungers next to it. There were some additional tables and chairs near the small bar, and a nice raised area with a couple of loungers and some other comfortable seating. Pool towels were available free of charge. There appeared to be some renovations/building work happening on some of the floors of the hotel, but it did not affect our stay. The location is perfect, taking just a couple of minutes to walk to Copacabana beach straight down the road. Beach towels were available from reception for free. There was a R$20 fee if you want to store your bags at the hotel prior to check-in if you arrive early. We stayed in two similar hotels by Copacabana and they were quite similar. I think probably most of the 4-star hotels in the area offer a similar experience so I would go with whichever gives a good price at your time of booking.

EXCELLENT LOCATION BREAKFAST IS BETTER THAN EXPECTED I WENT TO THIS HOTEL 3 TIMES WITJHIN THE YEAR AND THIS TIME ROOMS WERE REALLY BETTER .. NEW PAINT .. NICE AND VERY ROOMY BATHROOM VERY NICE TOP FLOOR WITH POOL AND SAUNA AND WONDERFUL VIEW OF RIO AND THE CORCOVADO

WE HAD A VERY LATE FLIGHT BACK TO USA AND WE SHOULD ASK WHEN DOING THE BOOKING A LATE CHECK OUT , EVEN PAYING A EXTRA NIGHT ..

Great breakfast, friendly staff, close to beach and metro, nice chilled roof terrace and small pool. Large comfortable bed and a good shower. Staff were very responsive to any issues

Front lobby is a bit dark and dingy - doesn't do justice to the elegant marbled walls and floors or entice you in. Area feels safe during daytime but at night you see more evidence of poverty

The hotel exceed our expectations . Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very easy to find, and very convenient to go to the beach just 5 minutes walk.. with free beach towels Breakfast buffet was top, always bringing more food . The steam room/ sauna and not deep pool very convenient .. the view in the evening was spectacular .. We felt very safe walking to the hotel even in the evening . Metro and shopping just one block walk

The only thing is the light of the corridor did not work well on floor 11 when leaving the room . You walk for a minute or 2 in the full darkness..and to be very careful the swimming pool is not deep at all ..

No deceptions or worries to be honest. If you stay for the afternoon after checkout, there is a small fee to store your luggage and you pay half the price of the parking fee for your car to stay there.

Good selection at breakfast and teas and coffee

The air con wasn’t working properly blowing out warm air and really stuffy and the weather was really hot so was so had to take a few showers the lifts take a while to come as there is loads of other guests in the hotel so be mindful

The location is good for the beach and the breakfast buffet is great.the roof top pool has a great view as well.

I arrived and the room had bedbugs... and the toilet was broken.
