I love the location, the vibe and the staff. All were lovely which is what travellers what! Couldn’t fault any of those things at all.

There’s only a couple things that I would criticise: 1) there’s only 4 lockers in a room for 6 people, the reason for this is because the room is quite small which I understand. This is only a little criticism. 2) I think what would be really nice to see and would get you a 9/10 rating, is you installed little plastic shelves/pocket/holder on the wall for people staying there. Then people can put their belongings that they need during the night because the room is so small and a little bit cramped things like this would mean people don’t have to keep getting up and down to use a locker (if they do have a locker). These are only little things that I’m mentioning because I want to help your business. But this is my second stay at CabanaCopa and there is a reason for this! :)

Professionally operated hostel with staff continually available for help and queries. Good locker space in the 10 bed dorm = 5 double bunks with ample space top and bottom bunk. I enjoyed my stay here

The optional simple breakfast (served, therefore limited) was good, though overpriced at R$30

The hostel has an excellent location, just 10 minutes from the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and activities in Copacabana. It also has a bar and is a great place to socialize. The neighborhood is safe. The hostel is located on an incline, but it's not a problem at all.

There's not much I can say, perhaps the beds in the private rooms are a bit small, but nothing too bad

- Towels are not changed every day - Toilet and hand sink are clogged. The hostel unplugged the toilet when requested but the issue started again after a few days - Cleaning could improve - There is a high frequency noise in the USB sockets next to the bed tables

Everything was Great

Good location, the staff is nice, and the hostel has a very social vibe. In addition the bathroom is clean and there is a good air conditioning.

The rooms are a bit too small and are lack of space

The people are super friendly, they become like family. I absolutely loved this hostel. I travelled alone but always had people to go to things with.

Excellent location, 300m from the beach! And 100 from the subway!

The rooms were smelling bad and humidity. Pillows very bad Lockers are not working properly and they sound loud, and wake up everyone at any time in the morning.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean during my stay. Very good location in Copacabana.

The kitchen doesnt have enough things to cook properly and the fridge is way to full. Missing nice areas to socialize.
