Great location and not that far from the beach and walking distance, but I would love for them to have a lounge area where you can meet before you gather to go out but I love place

I booked the hotel through you all and a couple days before the beginning of me coming to the hotel I got from the hotel. I didn’t recognize to charge my credit card for the price of the state. I didn’t respond to it quick enough I had 24 hours to respond, I think I went to the 23rd but when I got there, I had to pay cash for the room which threw a light on my trip because I couldn’t use my credit card somehow out of my credit card so when I get back in the states I got to see what else going on with it cause I’m worried about All these scams going on and I didn’t wanna be one

We arrived in the morning and they securely stored our luggage so we can grab food and visit the beach before check in. Check in was smooth and the room was nice. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were great. We even did laundry and it was done within the day. The best part was how convenient the location was, in front of the metro and a few blocks from the beach. I would stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect - right opposite the metro, close to so many bus stops and 2 small blocks from the beach!!! So thrilled with the location! I love that you get a soft and a hard pillow per place on the bed! The mini fridge has great options, the free toiletries were lovely, great amount of hangers for clothes and a great sized room! Really pleased with it!

There were these little tiny flies in the shower that annoyed me but not enough to do anything about it, and once you get used to the shower not giving you one temperature or the temperature you asked for, it’s all good, but you ask for hot, you get cold then scorching, then freezing, then warm etc

I would like to thank the staff from the hotel, especially for Felipe. He is a sweetheart. They were super nice with us. Was our wedding anniversary and they left chocolates in the room for us. That was a nice touch! The breakfast was amazing, very tasty, and lots of delicious things. I could not ask for more.

The hotel is well located at Copacabana. The metro station is just in front of it, and the beach is just a couple of blocks away. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Communication with them was efficient before and during my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied.

There is nothing to comment on here. I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel.

Nice hotel, convenient location and good breakfast.

No hot water for shower during peak times. Staff were unwilling to help. I booked twin bed rooms for two ladies. They were given a double bed room. After 30 minutes unpleasant argument, the staff were unwillingly to provide a solution finally.

Great location, clean, awesome breakfast, they even let us do a late checkout which was very helpful and the overall experience was great. Would recommend and come again.

The long wait for check in

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is well cooked. The stuff is very polite! And the location is fantastic, on the main road and 1 minute away from the beach.
