Definitely good for money! The facilities were not the best but the room met expectations, location-wise very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very rich breakfast at the hotel, staff also very friendly and helpful. I do recommend if you are not looking for luxury or prime accommodation.

The facilities of the Residential were not the best, but that's understandable based on offer. Also the location, by being in the heart of Copacabana you should also consider the outside noise during the night, both from heavy transit and people coming out from parties.

The room was really good and the breakfast was good, just need more seating space and a decent toilet for ppl to use

Morning shift reception staff, absolute nightmare. Almost checked out first morning. Night shift guys fabio, always made my day. One of the most welcoming ppl I have meet I brazil. Such a jem.

Great spread of everything you can wish for breakfast. The shower was the best we ever experienced. The place is located at on the best section of Copacabana. Near the place there is a little bistrot that serves great food and excellent South American wines. We will definitely be back at Residence Sausalito.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was great. The breakfast service was great. The staff was nice and helpful.

We didn't get a key to access the actual building for 3 days, and there wasn't anyone on reception to open the main door, so we had to go to Real Palace Hotel and request them to open it every single time we were back to the room. The air conditioner was weak and took long time to make the room cooler.

Great location

We didn't stay in those room as they were doing some renovation (they did say that before booking. Instead of going to the hotel next to it they sent us to another one across the road. A bit of misunderstanding between the hotel but was good overall.

Very nice clean and modern. TV has Netflix connected to it, bathroom is spacious and modern with a huge glass shower. Beds were comfortable and everyone was helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options!

I liked the large room. The free breakfast had lots of variety. The bed was comfortable and the fitness center at the sister hotel was adequate. The staff was also very helpfully and check in was fast. The free bottles of water were not expected but appreciated.

The pool was out of order for my stay.

It was convenient for Copacabana Beach. The room was comfortable and the breakfast at the adjoining Hotel Real Palace was good

Well-located, clean, friendly, efficient. It also had a working refrigerator -- very convenient.

If it had a cooktop and a kitchen sink, preparing meals would be great. But I understand few travelers like to cook for themselves.

Hotel is very clean, has all the necessary amenities, the staff is nice and helpful. the location is great, a couple of minutes walk to landmark Copacabana

Part of the rooms are located in the adjacent building which is not the hotel itself and the rooms are mixed with residents flats, which is not the most comfortable for a hotel
