I like the Hotel, customer service, and staff. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They gave me some tips to move around. Breakfast is good, and the hours that you can attend are from 6.00am to 10.00 am, plenty of time. It is also convenient if you book a tour early, as you have time to have breakfast.

I don't like the area where is located is not the best, but you can move from there by Uber. From there to Copacabana Beach cost R&24 on the afternoon, the price may differ from the time, morning usually are less expensive but night time ride rate increase,

Size of the room and amazing breakfast

The breakfast was awesome and the selection of food and sweets. specially the Custard...The location is perfect, so close to Selaron steps just few steps away. The location is perfect also for Acai which is in the canteen nearby....there is also a Barbecue stand which sets up in the afternoon on the side of the hotel....a lot of cheap eatery and foodtruck also close to the Hotel itself.

Walking distance to selaron steps, it's in the downtown. Closed to bars. Feel safe as it has many police officers are rounding from time to time. Breakfast is good. Room are also good but i hope they can provide water heater & iron for clothes.

Elevator is not working from the 2nd day of our stay but didn't fixed it immediately until we check out.

almost everything ! i didnt plan to visit this hotel at first but i'm glad i did ! the location is central, i used to take a uber or the metro (5min walk from the hotel) breakfast was very good with a lot of choice friendly and welcoming staff low price

Great location, l walked alone to Lapa on a Saturday night and it was just fine. Of course, be careful always. Uber to airport is only 10 reais. Very good breakfast. Nice staff.

Room was not very clean. There were hair in the bed, some dirt on the floor. Hotel is a little run down, dont expect much for this price. They leave the windows open so mosquitoes go inside.

Friendly staff, big and clean room. Close to metro station and supermarkets. Nice quartier. Good buffet breakfast . Optimal position to visit everything.

Some noise from the street and on the corridor during the night but it was during the carnival period.

Breakfast so good. If not look like next to beach, location is good. Old city area. subway station close on foot 5-6 min. Staffs are so kind and helpfull.

Wi-fi connection not so good time to time cutting. Area of hotel little old , so in first little afraid after get used it.
