Very well located, two blocks to the subway and from there, a short ride everywhere. Room was nice and clean and breakfast was also nice. It´s a basic, no nosense well decorated hotel, very adequated if you are spending the whole day away and only want a place to have a bath and sleep.

Veru, very small room, in need of some refurbishment. And they have a restaurant downstairs which makes a LOT OF NOISE, up untill midnight. If you are a light, early sleeper, it´s not the place for you. To be truthful, the noise died down on midnight.

the location was top. the mattress was excellent and the bedlinen & towels. although I didn’t use there was a well stocked mini bar. the room was tiny but it served its purpose. the shower had hot and cold water and was powerful ( I traveled a lot in Brazil so this was magic ) . the breakfast was good, supplied me with the fruit I needed.

FYI , a mere observation but not a general complaint. it got kind of noisy in the night. that’s not the fault of the hotel, it’s the guests who need to show respect when they come back tipsy. I did point this out to reception. it would be advisable to let the guests know to be quiet after a certain time. having said that , this is Brazil , they are actually very loud in general.

Everything was great! I had my check-in anticipated and they even lent me an adapter for my cellphone charger. My room was like shown online and very comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and delicious! I was also given a free beer! The location is excellent, Botafogo, in between Flamengo and Copacabana. There are many stores and a mall nearby. I was also able to leave my luggage there after check-out and before leaving the city. I recommend it and would go back!

Everything. Incredible value for money! Great location and fantastic , friendly staff. Shout out to Maria and Carlos who checked me in. Really fun people who speak English fluently . It was fantastic at the price I paid. I paid just an insignificant amount more for a private + breakfast here than what I did for my dorm bed at a hostel in a Favela.

It was a good location once you got your bearings easy to get to the sites and walking or metro got you every where. Have to give the breakfast a guernsey too good variety and cakes?? Also tried the restaurant and the food was good as well as the wine selection. Would recommend.

The bed I had was 2 singles pushed together one side was good the other side not so.

Value for money very good but few issues. The hotel is in a small street, not so loud. The manager is very attentive as well as the lady from the office . Breakfast quite good

All 3 gguys from the front desk are not attentive , they are fake attentive. At my arrive on friday evening was a very loud live music party at the reception, thankfully I could change the room in the 3th floor (my room was originall at the lobby level). But it was thou very unpleasant loud. I had a terrible experience, somebody got in into my room while I was having a walk and then breakfast and stole my vallet with my credit card. Fortunately I had all my values in the safe and no cash was stolen, only my vallet with credit card. Room was locked but the window was open. Could have been some staff or guest, God only knows

The two gentlemen at reception were fantastic and went above and beyond in helping me make changes to my booking and providing information about the local area. Breakfasts on the two days of my stay were lovely. Shower is high pressure and awesome. Close walking distance to Botafogo bay.

Room is a bit small. Bed mattress is a bit too firm. Air conditioner in Room.3 not working. On the new reservation, I moved to a different room, air works as intended.

Amazing little historical hotel! We stayed here for three nights and loved it! The room is not huge, but good enough to rest and keep all of our bags (we have 4 bags). The room is clean enough, the bed is comfortable, and air conditioner is really helpful for a hot day in August. The shower is clean and water pressure is a dream! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is definitely a bonus with many choices and delicious. The location is great too, close to everything but not expensive. The only thing is the Uber drivers may be picky as it is close to the airport.🤣 The price is very reasonable. Local friends told us this area is much better. I strongly agree. Strongly recommended!

Rooms are very small ,on the ground floor room with window on the corridor 🫤 To breakfast missing vegetables… some tomatoes, cucumbers,peppers…

Its location in Botafogo was very good, close to the beaches of Botafogo and Flamingos and walking distance to Sugar Loaf as well as near a shopping mall with excellent stores and restaurants of different kinds.
