Very well located and secure. Staff were really helpful and polite. The room was quiet, including the AC , which worked very well.

The cleaning could be improved. There were still a few pieces of hair ( clearly from previous guests shaving) on the sink counter when I checked in. It would also have been nice if they gave us more toilet paper before it started to get concerning. I had to ask for a roll at reception. The gym should also be refurbished. The weight machines and one of the treadmills were broken, leaving only loose weights and one treadmill available.

Close to the metro and the mall. Clean and comfortable. Balcony!

The building is long behind it's glory days, outdated. It is not a serviced room / apartment as not part of the hotel - they make very clear about this. For a long stay it is a bit annoying, we wanted to order cleaning but couldn't pay for it. The colleagues behind the WhatsApp chat are not all very competent.

Air Con didn’t work. Some attempt to fix it but everything failed. No offer to move room and refused any kind of compensation. I was seeking 1 extra nights stay for free. This was totally unacceptable. Also didn’t have a sheet under the duvet so my skin was touching the duvet. No sheet or towel change in 9 days. Room cleaning happened only three times in 9 days and that was just emptying the bins.

Good Location,Most of the employees can’t speak English even the Receptionist. The towels and the sheets didn’t change, If you want to change it you must be pay extra.

WiFi was very bad. Room smelled like covered up cigarette smoke. Could hear almost every noise from the hallway.

I have booked the accomodtion becausei t says pet friendly, however the information wasn't clear about the size of the pet, i have asked the property and they said that they accepted medium size dogs. My dog is medium size, but medium size dogs weight untill 25kg. The reception asked me to carry my dog from the door of the aprtment to the street. I couldnt have my dog on the leash. We have requested to the cleaner to not come while we were their to avoid problems with the dog. Next day we have received a email from the property telling us that the cleaner complasint about the dog size and she wasn't comfortble to clean. WE HAVENT REQUESTED HER TO CLEAN THE ROOM, WE ASKED THE OPOSITE, TO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM TO AVOID PROBLEMS!!!
