I had the two beds studio room which I loved the set up with the two beds separated by the bathroom. It's the first time I've seen this room set up and I travel a lot. That's a 10/10 two beds set up for me, esp since I don't want to sleep right next to my son who wakes up very early and toss and turn.
Wish there was a microwave in room or in public lounge area. Didn't like having to ask the front desk staff to microwave my food and have to wait in a long line after people checked in/out. It's very inconvenient having the microwave for public use but having it in the office behind the front desk.

Large space room with confortable table and proper chair to work with the laptop, good coffee and friendly attendens one detail, lack of light it seems a transversal in Canada, because we got the same darkness in Whistler same hotel standard but, when we get Marriot room in Calgary airport it was real light. Marriot follow international standard in its line.
First room assigned was just at side of maintenance roof work, a lot of annoy noise, hammering, shearing, lifting staff, those rooms may be blocked. We had no problem to be changed away from noise

Close to EVERYTHING. Comfortable bed. Super staff.
We had reserved a “superior king suite” for an outside view but on checkin it was on the second floor and our view was directly to the outside parking area. After speaking to the reception we were changed to the 3rd floor and had a great view of the mountains and a balcony. If I hadn’t paid extra for a “superior” room the first one would have been fine but a parking lot and buildings is not “superior” in my thinking. Staff was excellent and always polite and courteous as is how I also always address them. Thank you for a great stay.

Sprained my back in the morning of the day when I was to check in at the hotel. Staff Georgia was very helpful to find a room similar to my booking so that I could check in early to rest my back. Wonderful and understanding staff!

Centrally Located, Comfortable, Clean & Tidy, Use of Hot Tubs, Sauna, Steam Room, very small Gym.
Very Dark in decoration, Noise Nuisance from the Car Park located outside the Balcony, Annoying Train Noise in the early hours of the morning from a sounding Train Horn. Food, both myself and partner ordered a pasta dish expecting a covering of normal Pesto or Mozzarella. However ours arrived with a covering of the most god awful smelling cheese which smelt like Vomit and completely ruined our Dining experience.

Great location as can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Free parking is nice, although the underground garage door is left open overnight.
Sink is located outside of the bathroom so not private when getting ready for bed.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. The location was great.
The rooms were very dark. Even with all the lights on it felt dark in the room. Was disappointed my room had the bathroom sink out of the bathroom. It was in the main area. This made it hard to apply makeup as it was quite dark. Also hard to share with someone who likes to get up early. Not all rooms have this feature. Other family members had a proper bathroom in their rooms.

Very close to the Visitor center and across the street where the Roam bus stops to take you to Lake Louise. They give you complementary tickets for the public bus. Onsite restaurant. I asked the front desk for restaurant recommendations and they have prepared a list with good recommendations. They have parking. Restaurants and stores around the hotel.
The only thing to add is that it was very expensive for one night but we paid for localization and parking so it was worth it.

Location was amazing! So close to all the shops and restaurants which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfy and loved all the pillows provided. Hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Loved the local all natural bath products provided. Hotel had hot tubes and sauna which was nice (though I didn't get to use them).
The rooms "balcony" opened to a common space area. There were lights left on all night there which came through into the room. It would have been nice to either have these turned off or have black curtains (there were shades you could pull down, but the light still came through the sides).

The location is AMAZING! Next to all the restaurant and shops and just across the main bus stop you need to go everywhere in Banff. They have a pass for some of the lines as well. The bed was so comfortable I slept too much! The staff was super kind in terms of information! The bedroom was super clean!
First, even though it is a nice hotel, the price in summer was too much. I've stayed in hotels where I paid the same ammount, but had a private onsen, king crab and everything. Here, not even breakfast. The first level, or at least my room, had a windows that opened just to the parking so I couldn't open de blinds. The higher floors might be a better choice. I went to use the thermal pools and thought they were a little turbidity, a little dirty and avoided them.
