The heated outdoor pools were fantastic and had amazing views. The hotel provides free bus passes and bear spray rentals. The on-site restaurant, Good Folk, was great. The sister property had a nice cafe, I recommend the cinnamon buns. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cleaning left a lot to be desired. When we entered our room, the balcony door was open and heater cranked on full and the bedding was covered in dozens of dead mosquitos (easy to wipe off at least). Also a bundle of hair in the corner of one of the beds between the mattress and bedframe. The heater was also very loud and had to turn it off every night to fall asleep. Was expensive, which is nothing unusual for Banff, but at the price point you'd expect a bit more out of the cleaning and a more comfortable heating/cooling situation.

This Hotel has only been open for about 6 months... couldn't really tell it was fabulous! Rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom/shower. Room has 2 sinks one in and out of the bathroom, small room fridge, plenty of counter/drawer space and a free coffee/tea "service" (you ask at the desk for the amount you would like as many times as you need). Robes provided to wear to the hot pools. I was there celebrating a birthday; the staff was VERY friendly and made my stay special. Not all rooms have a view of the beautiful mountains; I requested a change of rooms for a great view and the staff was able to comply.

The hot tub is the standout feature of the property — an absolute must, especially in cold weather. The hotel staff are friendly and consistently respond promptly to any issues. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the hotel’s environmentally friendly approach.

The hotel is relatively new, but there were several noticeable issues in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the light was flickering. The air conditioner was very noisy and emitted a burning smell when we tried to increase the temperature. Additionally, there was no proper space for luggage, leaving us with no option but to place them on the floor. Given the price point, I expected a higher standard of comfort and quality.

At good location, clean and new. Shower head have hand held option which is good. Provide hotel service and staff are helpful. Coffee and tea in room are good quality.

Room is too small, no proper closet but only an open hanger. Water from shower is not strong enough for shampoo, particularly people with long and thick hair . Air-conditioner/heater too noisy and not able to adjust to desired temperature. Room rate is too expensive. The mountain view is half blocked by the roof of the building in front.

Public bath is super nice! (kind people, cozy room, clean) You can enjoy with beautiful mountain view, sky and night starts. Also restaurant "GOOD FALK RESTAURANT" is amazing. recommend basil pesto pasta and mushroom rissoto. There is a very comfortable space in the public bathhouse where you can sit on a comfortable sofa and enjoy a fire. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back.

A little vulnerable to soundproofing. There were Chinese tourists in the front room, and no matter how loud they were, it was too loud in my room across the street.

Good location slightly out of the main ‘tourist buzz’ but still a walkable distance into the centre of Banff. Laundry services was useful due to travelling and it was a reasonable price too. Hot pools were a bonus after some hikes.

The air con was very Noisy and seem quiet dates despite the age of the hotel. Only option of a breakfast on site isn’t included. With the price you pay for the property you would expect to get at least a continental included

Great Location, Beautiful hotel and rooms.

Room cleaning service is inconsistent and slow. Elevator has a strong food smell, was often not clean. Rug in alleyways and rooms does not feel clean. Coffee service is inconsistent. Had to ask at lobby everyday. Hot pools cleanup is inconsistent. Had a slight rash after use. Guest services is minimal. They don't go out of their way to offer guests a great experience.

The rooms were beautiful, thoughtful and contemporary. We loved the complementary filtered coffee in the room. The food options on site were amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. Our favorite spot though was Sudden Sally (across the driveway at sister hotel) for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The hot pools were a delightful relaxation.

Room was level with access road despite being upstairs so had to have the curtains drawn for privacy which was a shame, although I didn't spend much time in the room really because was only there one night The hotel is a bit of a walk from town, means its nice and quiet but something to bear in mind

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had so many extra amenities such as giving us free bus passes around the town, garage parking, and complimentary local coffee and tea that you could request daily and even fresh made cream. We loved the rooftop hot pools and sauna especially after hiking all day.

It was a little farther walk to downtown than expected but not bad at all.
