The property atmosphere was great! Very geared toward the traveller who appreciates a nice lobby bar and social setting. They had live music and lots of people enjoying after hike beers by the pool.

This may seem like a small thing to most people, but I didn’t like that the King rooms only had beds which were accessible on 1 side. This meant I had to climb over my partner in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. The rooms are also super small, but this was okay as we were out in the mountains all day.

Loved everything about it! Staff is amazing, and go above and beyond to make your stay so memorable, enjoyable and special. Lawrence was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The decor and the vibes. Good food

We paid for a Mountain View but got a brick wall view. We spoke to the manager who did upgrade us to the larger family room which was very nice. Welcome drinks could be better.

Very funky and cool place, great bar and ‘food truck’ small touches like extra towels at the end of the corridor. Outdoor patio and pool was v relaxed vibe

Great food, fun and inviting atmosphere, modern, beautiful rooms and great service.

Pillows and bed were not the most comfortable, but everything else was A+.

The ambiance was on point. This hotel is a vibe.

No fridge in room.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel as it was brand new. The location is outside of city center but it is so easy to call a cab. We were told there is a shuttle that comes to the gas station next door that takes you to the city center for a nominal fee. We didn't use it but saw it a few times.

The size of the rooms are tiny and the bathroom doors are transparent. It isn't a good idea to stay here if you're traveling with older kids and sharing a room.

Cool vibe on the main floor lobby and I liked the overall design of the room. Staff was helpful when there was only one bike left and went and found us a second one so we could ride around town together.

No water pressure and it was hard to get a warm shower in the morning. Bed was quite hard and not very comfortable but I appreciated the set-up and use of space in the room.

The facility is new,, fun and different for Banff.

$25 for parking (in low season) is ridiculous plans out of touch. While cute, the rooms aren't really comfortable for downtime.

Decoration

We were given a room without a view whereas we booked one with balcony and mountain view. We then had to wait as the room was not ready. We eventually ended up with a view on a building roof with the mountains in background! Some personnel members were unpleasant/inefficient. There was no restaurant. Only a few tables for American breakfast options.
