Easy to park our hire car and check in. 5 minutes drive to the Thrifty downtown rental. Friendly, professional staff at check in. All the staff we encounted were very polite and friendly. Great size apartment, very clean, spacious with a nice decor. Bed was very large and comfortable. Nice bed linens and fluffly towels in the bathroom. Ordered a breakfast to go at $10 per head which was fresh food and great for us catching a bus to Jasper. Easy checking out. Easy to catch an Uber from to the bus stop. A choice of supermarkets, cafes and eateries close by. Easy walking to downtown. Great stay.

I stayed there before when it was the Regency Suites. The location is great and the suite is well appointed. There is a great place for lunch just 2 blocks from there, the Tastemarket at SAIT.

The Internet connection was spotty.

The facility is very nice. The location is so perfect, so close to many shops, centers, restaurants, the Core mall, metro and bus stations. The staff are truly very friendly. The housekeeping is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook our food ourselves. The toilet has bidet! The manager is also so nice, we had to reduce our stay due to an emergency, the manager could still make us pay as our booking was non refundable but he was so nice! Thank you.

A kettle and tea bags would have been useful for us Brits! Was given some teabags though and used a saucepan so it was not the end of the world. Also, horrendous queues for checking in due to one member of staff doing everything. She remained calm and friendly under the pressure though.

The Coast Calgary hotel is my first go-to choice now when visiting Calgary; great location, friendly staff, clean, quiet & spacious rooms, great prices. I am always very happy to stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the warm and welcoming behavior of the staff throughout my stay. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made my time there very comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, I found the pricing to be incredibly reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. I’d also like to extend a special thanks to Mark for his highly professional and courteous demeanor during the check-out process—he truly made the departure smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a great stay at an affordable price.
