The location is very convenient—it’s just a short walk to the city train and the bus stop to the airport. Many attractions in the city are also within walking distance. The staff were super friendly. My room was right across from the ice machine and quite noisy, but after I called front desk, they quickly arranged a room change for me. The new room even had a better view. The room was very spacious. The pillows were on the flatter side, but that actually suited my personal preference—they were really comfortable.

The elevator ad said that appetizers at the bar during happy hour were half price, but in reality, it was only 25% off. Also, the room didn’t provide a kettle or proper drinking glasses, just disposable paper cups. I ended up using quite a few of them. I understand it’s probably more hygienic this way, but I personally prefer reusable glasses. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the USB charging port by the bed wasn’t working.

The staff, Melody and Brian, were amazing! Seriously, top notch customer service! The room was mostly clean and a decent size for a basic hotel room. I was especially happy that there was a parking lot right outside that was so affordable.

We found it odd that there were two chocolate easter eggs still in the bathroom, likely leftover from the previous guests doing an easter egg hunt. One was in the handle just outside the bathtub, so it did make me wonder if not everything gets cleaned/wiped down. There was also a large boot print on the ceiling of our room, which is, of course rude of a guest to do. I can understand housekeeping not noticing it as I don't imagine the ceiling is inspected and it wasn't noticed until we were actually laying in bed. The lighting on the bathroom mirror was not very bright, which was unfortunate as it would have been so helpful for my daughter as she got ready for her dance competition.

I liked it's proximity to the telus center. I loved that there was a more cost effective parkade right beside the building that they work with. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, front desk staff were so friendly, organized, professional, I loved the little snack bar of various chips and chocolate bars. I loved the security of needing the room key to operate the elevator and the external doors I loved the attachment to tim Hortons incase you miss breakfast

The fan In my bathroom didn't work and there was the tiniest black spots on the bathtub ceiling (possible beginnings of black mold from the non working fan) Tub surround was a bit discolored (yellowing over time), but still clean.

Great location, close to the river walk, very close to Studio Bell, Excellent espresso and bakery near by (they roast the coffee beans at the location) and walking distance to almost everywhere in downtown. Looks like the hotel is recently renovated (?), anyhow all looks very nice and modern, it is very clean inside the room and out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was super silent and the bed is comfortable. .

The breakfast is maybe the only place that can be improved, but it is similar to Canadian standard

The homeless people at the Tim Horton’s next door were starting to get too close to the entrance and were commenting on people. Nothing against them personally but I felt unsafe getting out of my cab to go in. I also called down to the front desk with a question at 10pm and no one answered at all. Not even voice mail. Tried again at 10:30pm and no one answered after several minutes.

We loved the location, we had a corner room with an amazing view. Staff were wonderful. Our room was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Underground parking was great. What we received for the price was definitely value. We will return to this location for sure. It's really close to a train line so I'll be keeping that in mind if we're in town for an event or anything, would be easy to access transportation to a show or game.

The room service was a little overpriced for what you received but not the worst we've seen. Base prices were reasonable but the automatic 18% gratuity and charge to bring to room both on top of the price was unnecessary. The bed was SUPER squeaky lol. We didn't really care but it was loud just when you breathed or switched positions while sleeping.

It's amazing hotel ..loved the location. Front reception were amazing and the bartender in lounge was the sweetest ever..rooms were so clean and comfortable

I do have 1 thing I did not like and that was the breakfast we paid over 18 a person and the food was definitely not up to a hiltons standard at all..the food would be what you find at super 8 with out paying over 18 ..the eggs tasted like power eggs, sausages over cooked , waffles dry , hasbrowns were patties that you find in your local cheap store frozen and they were so oily , the only vegan option that I found in hot food were unappitising black beans. And we were there to eat around 8 30 am ..with a timmies right next door and with the hilton name you expect a little better when paying 18.95 a person

The location is really good, close to the very free zone train. I only need to walk for a few minutes in the cold weather. I like how much the light comes through the window, and the window shade also works really well to keep the room dark in the morning. The room layout design is perfect too. A closet close to the door, and a desk near the window which is good for me to work.

In general I don't have too many complaints. The only one is the cleaning service did the cleaning at a weird time like sometime around the afternoon, so I didn't get a full cleaning service while I stayed. But I still got the new towels, trash bags and stuff.

Good for its price. The facility is new. The room is small, but comfortable. Adequately equipped coffee station and toilet. Walking distance to a lot of main attractions downtown and the the Calgary Stampede. Parking underground with the hotel for $35/night or across the street in public lot for $15/night.

Not very soundproof, can hear people in the street or other rooms. No kettle, making things quite inconvenient

Good location, massive room with large windows and bathroom, coffee machine and big tv. Didn't use the gym or pool but had breakfast which was fine, lovely man serving us! Happily stored luggage for us as well.

Noisy with tram/traffic outside, a lot of homeless people around area. Room air conditioning unit was down low at one side which meant the person on the left side of the bed got blasted with air, not ideal!
