Instructions I would rewrite them for you 1) better map one way It is one way south 2) never try entry before time * appt door unlocked keys on or about counter 3) how to operate fobs ie need it on elevator need it on both front entry doors 4) Clearer directions to parking as it is hidden right behind building .. press 1 on fob to open garage doo 6) parking at # then go to the elevator far south corner of building fob on screen to access your floor

Stove was dirty and oven was very very dirty

great size apartment, good views & good location - 15 minute walk into the City or right opposite C-Train station

- checking in process is tedious & having to meet someone at the property for the keys, when there is security on the building and “no loitering” makes things awkward. - food wrappers/bottles under TV unit not cleaned from previous tenants - furniture (bar stools) in need of repair - sink in main bathroom doesn’t drain properly - TV guide provided but owners no longer subscribe to the app they give instructions for so pointless & no live TV

Great location in downtown Calgary with lots to eat and stores for essentials nearby. The condo was spacious, stylish, and exceeds expectations for sanitation. Would consider booking with Globalstay again!

Misleading check-in time; the reason for this is because the front door locks and security leaves for the night at 1900 instead of 2000 as per Booking.com and email confirmation. TikTok/YouTube instructional video should be updated to show the door to the elevator with new "Alura" sign to eliminate confusion with the Nuera building elevator. I spoke on the phone with a representative who sent me pictures and the instructional video (helpful, albeit outdated), but then gave up on helping me and said "ask other residents or security to help you," after security already went home.

Very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed.

The $500 damage deposit on my credit card for 10 days. This is too long. Confirm the property is ok after we leave, and reimburse immediately. We felt like we gave Global Stay an interest free loan. If we had stayed more than one night - we would need more FOBs to access the building. Four adults all need access to the building individually.

parking , and the apartment was nice, but the management was HORRIFIC and they evaded my privacy! Post asking them to specifically NOT come in! they gave zero notice, called, and I said /asked for them to WAIT a couple of hours! and yet, they came INTO the apartment! while I had my things all inside

my privacy was violated. the owner had a REAL State Showing! when I SPECIFICALLY said NO ! because I had left the place/apartment following a series of TWO fire alarms, and my clothes were all over the bed, becuase I was packing for the next day! and so, I asked for them to WAIT for a couple of hours and NO Problem. YET they proceeded to do the showing! with all of my personal items inside the apartment!

The location was excellent. The property had great views over the Stampede ground. Very modern and clean property. Conveniently situated for transport links to visit surroundings. Underground parking was handy.

The hosts were constantly emailing requesting different documentation. It would have been easier to know in advance what information was going to be needed as we were travelling and had to keep stopping to arrange for the relevant documents to be sent. It would be more user friendly if there was someone to meet at reception when picking up and dropping off keys rather than relying on email updates when you are travelling.

The space and the view

It was a little dirty. The walls and bed frames were a bit dirty The exhaust fans were all really dirty The furnace filter was super dirty too. Glanced at when looking for the Launry facility The dryer was full, the dishwasher was full with clean dishes so we needed to out them away The condo was a bit chilly so we turned on the fireplace and it blew a fuse in the extension cord that it was plugged into The door was not open when we arrived so we needed to send a photo of the door The door had a realtor lockbox on the door which made it a bit uncomfortable as we didn't know if there may be a showing while we were staying there and we wouldn't be given notice and someone may walk in unannounced.

Loved the view from the master room especially. The location was perfect as we were able to ride the train and walk everywhere. Couches super comfy for 3 people

The condo is in desperate need of some TLC. There are paint patches on all the walls. The shower walls have terrible hard water stains and pink mildew needs to be scrubbed off along the inside and outside of the shower door track with a bleach or peroxide cleaner. There is a big hard water soap streak where the shower water hits the base of the shower all the way to the drain in the main bathroom. Also, we found it difficult to get hot water for our showers. Sometimes we were showering in coolish to warm water. Also the drinking water is awful and tastes moldy.

Check-in procedure is a hassle. They require a picture ID plus selfie with ID in hand for EVERY GUEST. They also require a $500 Canadian deposit via PayPal 7 days prior to reservation. I was shorted $20 dollars when I received my deposit back with a statement from them stating they gave me back the full deposit. My credit card states otherwise. They told me to contact PayPal. Lovely. The place seemed clean. Upon a closer inspections there were hairs in the shower and bedspread (pictures to prove). For the cost of the place and the obstacles, I would not stay here again.
