A large, beautiful, well-equipped apartment. A large and comfortable bed, many closets. The bathroom is very large, including a bathtub and a shower cubicle with plenty of towels and everything needed. Across the road there is an excellent restaurant and a very good restaurant. There is no point in coming and staying in Calgary with a car, if you still come with a car there is a public parking lot that costs 10 dollars or parking at the hotel for 45 dollars. The distance to the center is about 15 consecutive minutes looking at charming statues and bridges. The hotel staff is kind and charming.

Location was convenient and walkable to downtown and the train. Close to beautiful Eau Claire river walk . Room was a suite . Decent size . Two queen beds comfortable. Kitchenette was nice although just a microwave not a stove top.

Decorating a bit dated particularly the lobby for a 4 star. Was a bit pricey given no breakfast included in price . Pool was good but quite crowded at times . Bathrooms need a hand held shower and bidet .

The staff were wonderful esp our housekeeper and the concierge staff. The amenities were great- there was lots of bottled water and the keurig gave us great coffee and lots of it. We loved the water machine in the lobby.

We found out that some areas around property were under construction, and we did have to walk around back street behind hotel to get in. This was not the hotels fault. It was lovely & quiet most nites tho we did hear a dog barking the last night. It may have been in the hotel and we had not realized dogs were allowed. It was not real loud but it did go on for awhile. We could have called desk but we didn’t as we didn’t know where it was coming from. In our minds this was small because we loved everything else about the hotel!!

The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Strange encounter with the outdoor security charging through the hotel to follow us into elevator only to stare us down and not respond or offer explanation. Leather headboard on bed was utterly destroyed by nails/tears. Very tacky and seedy red light district feel. Couldn't open bedroom or living room curtains for fear of flashing children at the swimming pool.

Spacious comfortable spotlessly clean rooms. It was really nice to have the separate living and sleeping areas. We booked two apartments, the second one for our son, his wife, and their 4 year old. This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s close to a park, and a very good restaurant across the road, as well as two good bars. We stayed New Year’s Eve this time. Breakfast was very good, and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing! Everything from valet parking to check in and check out and everything in between was good.

Very comfortable suit/room, perfectly clean, room service was perfect, mini bar, safe, several USB plugs near kitchenette and near the bed, bathroom very clean and very well maintained by room service every day, very friendly and helpful staff at lobby - well, I was more than 100 percent happy during my stay

Basically nothing serious. The safe in the room did not work due to battery power; but after my complaint the problem was solved within 10 minutes. That shows the quality of the hotel: if there is a problem, it will be fixed very fast.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are good, and I liked the separate lounge kitchen area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the best I’ve slept on. So much so I took photos of the brand! The suite was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Not like a lot of hotels these days that provide just the basics! We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant in the evening which we throughly enjoyed, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. There were 4 adults and 1 child and we all enjoyed our stay. We have booked another night for New Years Eve, and we know that it’s going to be perfect!

The location to restaurants across the street and walking distance to shopping. Bed was ver comfortable. Able to open windows and get fresh air.

Definitely the excellent service, very Professional staff from reception, valet and restaurant, location, rooms.

Our single night price was too expensive versus our following multi-nights . Valet rate was definitely too pricey. It equals to 15% additional to the cost of our stay. I found this extreme. Plus we have to tip the good service of the valet. Customers of the hotel should have a preferential rate than city parking.

Spacious, had a separate sitting room, had a nice kitchenette with amenities, good gym and pool.

The room design is a bit awkward with cupboards in spaces which, when their doors are open, make it difficult to walk through, lack of door between toilet and other part of bathroom, no electric plugs by bedside
