Super helpful staff. We arrived late and tired, Tamanna at the front desk patiently answered all our queries, helped us check-in, and also catered our needs as we were accompanied by kids (infant through teens). Leila at breakfast was knowledgeable about Halal breakfast options and cooked eggs for us without the ham bits in a separate pan (not in contact with meat products). All other staff were professional and Great too. Breezy check-in and check-out. Nice pool. Great value for money overall.

There could have been more TV channel options but this is a very minor issue as compared to the amazing value for money offered by this property and professional staff

Super 8 was fantastic the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was clean and the pool was fun. Breakfast was nice. Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately we did have a mishap on our last night which I will not go into because I am very pleased with how management and the staff handled the situation. It was handled very promptly and professionally. For this reason I highly recommend this Super 8 and give it a 10/10. They definitely did not treat us as just a guest number to meet a monthly quota but obviously want repeat customers. I intend to stay at this Super 8 on my future trips to Grande Prairie. Everything was great. I did not wake in time for breakfast, though. The room was very clean. It had been updated recently. the front staff were very good. She had me laughing by the time we finished checking in.

I could not get into the Wi-Fi. I tried many times but it just didn't work. No I didn't get the front desk to help. It wasn't that important. I could not turn the TV off completely. It would go to green screen but not completely shut off, so it became our night light.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was nice looking , the lobby and dining room nice

The air conditioning/heating unit was unbelievably loud , I had the turn it off so I could sleep but it became very hot and I had to turn it on again. I repeatedly turned it on and off all night. When I went to the front desk to get information about laundry, breakfast and to ask for someone to come fix the heater there was no one at the front desk for about an hour. The pool was nice and warm but not exactly cleanest and there is no hot tub. Breakfast was fair but it’s crowded on to a short counter and people were pushing around each other trying to get food. Dryers were filthy. All this but I would go back, I did like the room. And I thought Grand Prairie was worth going back when I had time to look around

Rochelle the front desk staff was exceptional..she was very friendly and accommodating. She made our stay extra enjoyable.

Parking was all the way at the back which gave us a hard time carrying our heavy baggages. Heater/zircon unit was loud. Curtains didn't close all the way, the sun was shining on our faces and we wanted to sleep early.

Full breakfast included was a great deal and they accommodated me last minute with another night stay.

Minor/small complaint. Cleaner washing the floors at the main entrance when everyone was checking out and heading into dining room for breakfast. Floors were very slippery. It could have waited until after the morning rush and breakfast was over. Otherwise all was great.

It was quiet when we went and it was close To everything we needed!

I didn’t like that the parking was around back. As a woman traveling with two young females it was a little scary to park back there and have to walk all the way around. Would have loved some extra blankets in the rooms too!

The hotels policy on why they allow pets is fantastic! It reads "We've never had a pet who smoked in the room, broke furniture, argued loudly with their traveling companion or played the TV too loud, so if your pet can vouch for you, you're set!"

The breakfast ends too early

It was very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

We liked the room that we moved to because of key issues. We liked having our grandkids come for a swim.

Sometimes the noise level beside and above our room was abit noisy. Some of the breakfasts were too similar especially if you stay a week.
