Super helpful staff. We arrived late and tired, Tamanna at the front desk patiently answered all our queries, helped us check-in, and also catered our needs as we were accompanied by kids (infant through teens). Leila at breakfast was knowledgeable about Halal breakfast options and cooked eggs for us without the ham bits in a separate pan (not in contact with meat products). All other staff were professional and Great too. Breezy check-in and check-out. Nice pool. Great value for money overall.

There could have been more TV channel options but this is a very minor issue as compared to the amazing value for money offered by this property and professional staff

Super 8 was fantastic the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was clean and the pool was fun. Breakfast was nice. Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately we did have a mishap on our last night which I will not go into because I am very pleased with how management and the staff handled the situation. It was handled very promptly and professionally. For this reason I highly recommend this Super 8 and give it a 10/10. They definitely did not treat us as just a guest number to meet a monthly quota but obviously want repeat customers. I intend to stay at this Super 8 on my future trips to Grande Prairie. WELL DONE GP SUPER 8…. Thank You for making things right!

Friendly staff

Signs should be posted if there is a pool party scheduled, so hotel patrons will know that the pool will be busier at that time. We had grandkids come to swim thinking that it would be very quiet according to the number of hotel guests. Instead the pool and waterslide were very busy with birthday party kids. Not fair to hotel patrons who pay for rooms and want to use the pool.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was not facing the road so it was very quiet, the pool was cute, and the kitchenette suite was roomy and cute

The shower curtain rod was either not installed correctly or bent so the curtain kept sliding to the middle and breakfast was nice but the food was a bit too well done from sitting under the lights for so long

Everything was great. I did not wake in time for breakfast, though. The room was very clean. It had been updated recently. the front staff were very good. She had me laughing by the time we finished checking in.

I could not get into the Wi-Fi. I tried many times but it just didn't work. No I didn't get the front desk to help. It wasn't that important. I could not turn the TV off completely. It would go to green screen but not completely shut off, so it became our night light.

The room was perfect for visiting with family. There was plenty of seating and the kitchen facilities were very good. The beds were super comfortable - even the hidabed.

Plates and cutlery for six would be nice. Two pillows for the hidabed would be good. A larger entrance to the bathroom would be good for elderly guests with walkers.

The location was great, breakfast looked good, but didn't have as we couldn't due to going for surgery.

The coffee pods that were on the room, were not the best they were either old or the brand just makes Coffee that looks like weak tea. This was both the regular and the decaffeinated. Other then that everything was great.

Rochelle the front desk staff was exceptional..she was very friendly and accommodating. She made our stay extra enjoyable.

Parking was all the way at the back which gave us a hard time carrying our heavy baggages. Heater/zircon unit was loud. Curtains didn't close all the way, the sun was shining on our faces and we wanted to sleep early.

The air conditioning/heating unit was unbelievably loud , I had the turn it off so I could sleep but it became very hot and I had to turn it on again. I repeatedly turned it on and off all night. When I went to the front desk to get information about laundry, breakfast and to ask for someone to come fix the heater there was no one at the front desk for about an hour. The pool was nice and warm but not exactly cleanest and there is no hot tub. Breakfast was fair but it’s crowded on to a short counter and people were pushing around each other trying to get food. Dryers were filthy. All this but I would go back, I did like the room. And I thought Grand Prairie was worth going back when I had time to look around

Full breakfast included was a great deal and they accommodated me last minute with another night stay.

Minor/small complaint. Cleaner washing the floors at the main entrance when everyone was checking out and heading into dining room for breakfast. Floors were very slippery. It could have waited until after the morning rush and breakfast was over. Otherwise all was great.
