The two queen suite with sofa bed was Amazing for a big family of 7. I highly recommend it for families and the staff are very kind. Our kids loved the pool too! We enjoyed our stay.

They should have laundry detergent and bounce sheets to purchase in their store so it’s more convenient for travellers.

The room was very clean and new - it exceeded expectations. The people at the front desk were very nice. The hotel was centrally located with enough parking.

We ate at the restaurant once. It was cold but they put up the heat. My dinner was served cold and needed to be reheated. The restaurant appeared unfinished and had very little atmosphere. The food was otherwise fine.

Bathrooms here are quite dated with old towels and toiletries not great but it was clean which was great. The buffet breakfast was awful.

I stayed in the queen suite as a solo traveler and the room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep fully through the night.

Property was really clean and in a great location. Easy access to all shopping.

We were on the third floor close to the electrical room. There was a constant ringing sound in our room.

Breakfast was okay, it would have been good if it was warm but it was cold.

The price was high - I paid $262 for a suite with 2 double beds and a pull out couch - there was French doors that separated the beds from the pull out couch but the AC was in the room with the beds & so we ended up having to leave the French doors open because it was boiling hot when they were kept closed.

We had requested an upgrade to a 2 queen bed suite and this did not get processed correctly by booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel, all of the staff, along with the manager James, did whatever they could to accommodate our request, even having the cleaning team prepare a room very quickly for us. They were very apologetic and had amazing customer service. The cleaning team did a great job, and this was one of the cleanest rooms my family has stayed in for a long time.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I really liked the pool hours 6 AM to 11 PM. The staff there very pleasant and friendly. While checking in with two young boys that were very excited to be staying in a hotel for two nights with a pool. The girls made it so much easier for me by chatting with them while I was filling our checking in stuff. That was so helpful to me and kept them busy so check in went quick.

Our room was right off the elevator so in the early morning it was very load with people checking out and people heading to work. Also our window was right above the lobby so when the work shuttle was picking people up was very load even with the window closed. Nothing to do with property, and easy fix just to ask to not have our room by the elevator and maybe on the back side of the building.

Everything was clean & organized

Maybe Seth at the front desk could’ve have been a little bit more about his job! But hey I don’t blame him, working nights shift are hard!
