We have stayed here many times as it is our preferred choice; wonderful staff, very clean and quiet and they always accomodate us if we need to stay an hour longer than the Noon check out time - never any problems. They have a Corporate evening on Tuesdays when there is free food, great meatballs and drinks to 7 pm or so, for hotel guests. We have had great experiences with the staff and it is the only hotel where my wife gets hugs from a staff member each time we are there - very friendly and welcoming. It is very close to the hospital and they do offer a medical rate if you ask.We have plans to stay at this hotel again soon for longer stays.

Only the weather, just a bit cold - no fault of the hotel.

Love the hotel, the beds, and the staff

The 2 days we stayed , were the only 2 days with no hot breakfast and no offer of reduced rate. Also our bathroom & powder room area were without power. We reported it but no maintenance people available due to it being Christmas holidays. They offered my husband to shower in a different roo, which he did. We chose to remain in our room because it had a bathtub The other room had shower stall only. The room was great otherwise so we made do. I wanted the tub. Thank you PS can you explain all the taxes on our bill? We accept them just fine. Just want to know what they are please. We know about GST but what are the rest Thanks Bev Evans Room 103 (102 for shower)

The staff were very friendly and having a hot breakfast in the morning was a really nice way to start your day. We had a very nice size room that had a microwave, a fridge, which is always a bonus. It also had a nice working area if you were on a business trip and needed to do work.The bed was comfortable along with just the right amount of comfortable bedding. Loved the large shower.

The only negative was that the room was facing the roadway and it was very noisy. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will ask for a room on the parking lot side.

The young amazing blonde girl at the desk was such a delightful, helpful and kind person she made me feel so welcome and I was having the worst week of my life, she made it easy quick and comfortable and was so kind and helpful very appreciative of her the hotel was clean comfortable and sleek and modern … would for sure stay again!

That I lost my key fob but it was not even their fault i later located it in my jeep and they were all helpful the staff to be helpful in trying to find it and very considerate with genuine concern. 5stars !!!

Wonderful hotel best of 7 on our alberta bc vacation. Rooms were large particularly my accessible room. Each room had 2 complimentary bottles of water and chocolates,a full size refrigerator and coffee machine. Large breakfast area with better than average breakfast. Lucky on Tuesdays customer appreciation includes free food and wine or beer. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in grande prairie

The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Vibrant decor and colour-scheme. Appreciated that breakfast was included. The staff was friendly and inclined to be helpful.

No shower caps available, even when I called down to the front desk. It would be easy to have a few of these on hand. Also, there were very few gluten free options available for breakfast. This is another easy issue to solve...just keep some items in the freezer.

The rooms were very clean and staff was attentive.

Breakfast. Eggs were re-hydrated and steamed which left for artificial and watery tasting eggs. Sausages were cold in the middle. Bagels were left in their bags so you had to reach in with all the other guests instead of stacked on a plate. No changes to the daily food line up. Would be nice to have ceramic cups for morning hot beverages. Not the breakfast that was expected from the website, for sure!

It was clean and well maintained.

The parking lot was extremely treacherous and my first day there I fell coming in. It was covered in ice with very little gravel. It should have been better maintained for the safety of the guests.

Staff is super helpful and friendly, they have a free breakfast with eggs, bacon sausage, hashbrowns etc, comfy beds with good pillows, the room was big ( 2 queen bed room) with a full size fridge, and check out is at noon, and it's very quiet.

Pretty much nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

Clean, comfortable amenities; liked the couch and table as places to land (rather than always sitting on a bed)

The mattress was a bit firm for my liking and the pillows too bulky; would appreciate a variety of pillow types
