We often stay here ... and came back for a birthday celebration. it's a great location altho the summer rates are quite a bit higher. The beds and bedding are sublime and its always clean. This time we didn't eat from the restaurant as we disappointed to notice that the menu had gone so mainstream 🙄.

Check-in staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. They should realize what a difference this makes to guests at your hotel.

I loved the location closer to beaverlodge then most hotels, parking was a little challenging as it was a weekend and the north has lots of big trucks !!

My bed was too soft for my liking ~ comfortable and clean though. The prime rib dinner was a great price but not excellent in quality. Beef was tough and veggies were hard to cut and chew. Breakfast delivery however, oatmeal with raisins and pecans and a large starbucks cafe latte were fabulous, top notch !!

We really enjoyed the underground parking and how accessible it was using the elevator. The pool was small, but the slide was exceptional. We had many hours of fun. Also the hotel was very clean and smelt like fresh rain!

The only downside we had at this location was the tv and remote did not work. Not the biggest problem, although would’ve been nice to use.

Super clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Lots of delicious options. Also loved having the option of ordering room service the night before by simply filling out a checklist. Out food arrived exactly on time in the morning. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of countertop space. The general family room was a great place for our older children to hang out and meet other tweenies.

Food was good. No issues.

Bottled water only given on day 1. I was there for 5 nights. No extra blankets. Towels and glasses taken during cleaning and not replaced.

It is clean and quiet. The restaurant was pretty good

We had picked th hotel for the airport shuttle but they did not have a shuttle for the early morning flight so keep that in mind if you are booking there for that reason.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a taxi waiting to take me to the airport as per my request. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. I will definitely be booking a room next time I fly out of Grande Prairie.

Customer.Service was so much better during our last visit where staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful.- sadly was not the same this time around. Restaurant food was also disappointing. Didn't use the pool.or gym. Was a good stay but not great.

We ate at the restaurant 3 times during our stay and all 3 meals were excellent. The proximity to hwy 43 was perfect for getting in and out of town.

We looked for a wifi password in our room but couldn't find one.

we stayed more than one night and the complimentary water, lotion and makeup removing wipes were not replenished daily...
