I loved the beds they were very comfortable, had a great sleep. The room was spacious and the soundproofing was nice as I had my2 children and 11mnth baby who's teething right now ...

This place dosnt offer the option for a cash deposit, it's understandable but I feel in today's age every hotel should make that more clear weather or not they accept cash or not for deposit as I had pre paid for the room thinking my koho card would be accepted as it has in other hotels ... To find upon arrival that. They don't accept koho cards ...had to scramble to find someone to use their card for the room.. and I also understand that they have their reasons for not taking cards over the phone ... But it was a stressful moment trying to find a friend that was able to put their credit card on it in person... Once that was sorted though it was a pleasant stay and I'm greatful for the experience :)

Kitchen is large which is what I needed. Bedrooms were great for two families.

Beds were a little soft for my preference. Lighting in all rooms is very dim. Difficult to work in the kitchen. It was also difficult to do hair and makeup in the bathroom due to dim lighting.

It was not a far walk from stores (if you’re here without a car) and if u do have a car there’s a gas station not that far down the road. I love their suits spacious and very clean! Also very quiet no kids running around or anything. No pool also if that’s what you’re looking for here.

Very friendly staff, and a great central location. Nice surprise in that online the room indicated only one bathroom, but there were two bathrooms. Very comfortable for four adults. TV in each room and one in the main area. washer, dryer.

Could use better lighting in the bathroom over the sink or a makeup mirror. A bigger coffee machine in this type of room, however, most mornings on the weekend, they had coffee available for free at the reception area.

I love the apartment like set up of our room, we are a family with special needs adult children travelling with us - great that we can all stay in the same room but still have privacy.

A little bit heavy on the ‘Carpet Fresh’ in lobby and hallways, smells clean and fresh but overpowering and difficult for people with sensitivity to scents or allergies.

Very clean and beds were the best ever had!

With 2 bedrooms and four people we had to ask for hand towels and face cloths for four not two as well as extra glasses and some silverware, as well as Kleenex and some sulverware. Extra dish towels would be great too.

Nearby Hotel owned by the same person had an absolutely delicious breakfast for us, with very good service. The receptionist worked to accomodate us when we had card troubles. The underground parking was so awesome! It was great to stay in a place that felt like an apartment, not a hotel.

Our room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were nice.

Walking across to the other hotel for the pool and restaurant was a bit of an inconvenience. But we were glad we had the option. The pool and hot tub were super fun and the restaurant was very good. So it was worth it.

The size of the condo suite was fantastic! Loved that we had 2 king size bedrooms, plus a full kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

The staff member(supervisor) was extremely rude to the staff member when we checked in and to us when we checked out.

Good location, comfortable apartment.

There were 4 of us that booked 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There was only 1 wine glass and 3 coffee mugs. Attention to details in this regard should be worked on.
