It appears that this company is revamping their setup and I can see the improvements. Their staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant was nice, but we were late for the buffet, so the staff actually made us a simple breakfast.

The bed. This is probably the most important part of an excellent location and why I couldn't give it the rating that the rest of the location earned. The bed was uncomfortable and hard to even sit in, much less sleep in. Sometimes when dealing with these situations, it might have just been our luck and we ended up with the beds that had not been replaced yet, so this should only be a small factor and when I go again to GP, I would probably go again, because of the rest of the experience and hopefully the beds will be better.

The breakfast was fresher than usual at a hotel breakfast. A bit of a limited selection. Great service and fresh coffee. The hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The onsite convenience store is also an Indian import store so they had a really interesting and unusual selection - that was a nice surprise.

The lobby is plain and a bit run down looking but the room and restaurant are nicer.

Parking lot is a bit small. Didn’t like that they shut off the water for 2hours for maintenance and prime time off the early evening when people would be coming back to their rooms. And never told us that breakfast on Sundays was only from 7-9. Nice enough staff but important information not given.

Very clean, nice location. Liked the room. Had trouble adjusting temp. Kept blowing cold air on me? The pillows were just lovely but too hard & deep for my head. Needed something not so high & softer. Lucky I brought one in the vehicle.

I just can’t think of anything I didn’t really like except the pillow was giving me a stiff neck

Breakfast is basic with scrambled eggs and toast. Lots of coffee brought to you. Gets you on the road. Rooms were well equipped with good beds and average furniture.

It is exposed due to its immediate access to the major roadways. So they caution you to protect your vehicle and its load. Hard to have both.

Great lounge Tractor Jacks! Really good food and service! Right inside the building! Room was ok for what I paid!

Front desk staff from the time I checked in to the next day when I checked out very cold and not polite or helpful at all! Really bad customer service/ people skills! Plus vending machines not stocked up all were half empty! I just wanted water! Couldn’t get from front desk either.

Really liked the updated hotel and room. Everything very clean and modern. Onsite restaurant and pub as well as convenience store.

Had a misunderstanding with the breakfast times on Sunday. Thought it was 7-10 but apparently shut down at 9. Not a major issue though.

Quiet, beds super comfortable, easy parking, lounge on the property

The included buffet breakfast was nothing great, few options unfortunately. No hair dryer in the room (when requested they got me one quickly 😁)

Had a room with a better view Stayed there a few other times but our rooms were facing the back....this time we faced the front..but always enjoy the stay at paradise Inn.

Some times you get a full breakfast served. This last time was help yourself and if your not early enough..you get what's left over. But we went for breakfast at 9:30:am and it's on till 10:am..other than that..all good.

The dinner we had at the restraunt inside the hotel was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were also friendly.

The cleaning staff came into our room while we were still sleeping. They should knock louder before entering and also make sure client has checked out before entering.
