The hotel is just exceptional. I was mesmerized the moment I entered the main door as the lobby was elegant and beautiful.. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I like the ambiance of the restaurant, and the staff who served us breakfast were very polite and attentive to the costumers. The room has enough space to store our things, and to move around. The bed was comfy and the aircon was not as loud as compared to other hotels we used. I had a good sleep. The complimentary breakfast was OK, although a buffet would be better.

Parking is tight. There was not enough channels on TV to choose from, not too exciting to watch..there was no tub in our bathroom, was just a standing shower. It would be good to have a nice warm bath after a long hours drive to the city. But overall, the hotel was great.

MY daughter and I spent a day at the L Spa at the hotel. We were treated so well. The massage, facial, and pedicure, all exceptionally and professionally done. The hotel restaurant, food and service was excellent. The room service was on time and friendly.. Overall from start to finish, we had a great experience and will return.

The rooms could use updating, but were clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing complimentary breakfast, great location, very nice staff. Bapneet was so so kinda, very late at night after getting to our room I realized I forgot a phone charger so I called the front desk and she checked their lost and found and told me I could come and get one to use!

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The actual sink/counter, toilet and shower looked clean but the walls behind the toilet were very very dirty, the corners of the floor had built up dirt and the outside of the shower base around the floor was also quite grimy with build up. The bedroom area was better but not the cleanest I have stayed in. I also work in housekeeping and might have a higher expectation.

I loved the room, the podolan suite was awesome and we loved a soak in the jet tub before bed, the soaker tub and stand alone shower were amazing as well and it has a water closet which was cool, the staff were friendly and we got an included hot breakfast the next morning that we got to order in their restaurant. They also provided a Playpen for my 6 month old and were very accommodating over the phone as I was having trouble booking the room I wanted. They also have a mini bar ensuite with reasonably priced items and a good selection! They also provide robes in which you can go to the main level and visit the spa in, their spa was incredible!

The cleanliness of the room was a bit lacking, may it have been a rush to get the room cleaned for us as we did an early check in, not sure. However the walls needed a good wipe in the bathrooms and the tiles in the shower looked a bit worn as well, maybe some good grout cleaner would work in there.. we found a gum wrapper and crumbs in one of the seating areas as well. However the tubs looked like they were well kept and clean. A couple of things in the room also did not work. (Lamp didn't turn on, jet tub would turn on randomly without water, it has a main switch tho so we turned that off and didn't have issues later on with it, the fireplace also did not work.) We got a discount for the fireplace not working tho which didn't concern us as it was warm weather during our trip.

The property was old but well maintained and super clean. Our room was spacious and had very comfortable. The bathroom clean and had both a big shower and a tub. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition and held down at the restaurant with 3 options to choose from. Food was tasty and good portions. We will definitely consider it again if travelling this way.

The breakfast was above average for sure but it would have been nice to have more healthy choices. Normally, I don't have eggs every day. Nevertheless, what was available was fresh and well-prepared; and the service was fast and courteous.

The parking lot didn't have separate sections for cars and trucks so you put your rental car at risk of being dented by bigger vehicles. The back stairs to the covered parking lot were very dirty and served as a place for pot smokers. Not very safe.

It is conveniently located on the intersection of major streets and close to shopping and hospital. They have a full hot breakfast which is included. The price was acceptable. The spa is fantastic.

The mattress was getting worn out, there was a hump in the centre of our king bed. The TV guide didn’t include names of shows just stations.

Everything clean, rooms are quiet, very little noise coming in from outside or inside the building. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking lot in good condition considering how much snow they had in the previous days. Not our first time here, consistently good to great every time 👍

Mattress on the bed a bit stiff for our liking (ours is a pillow topped plus 4" foam, so not terrible).

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Highlights of the trip were the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and restaurant, the breakfast was excellent and the Spa was an added bonus after having long delays at the airport.

In all fairness, this is a very busy hotel with guests who work in the field. The elevator could do with a bit more cleaning but it is understandable given the work people have to do and the availability of staff for cleaning.

The location is perfect for me. The room 214 was amazing!! The breakfast was fantastic. I also enjoyed my dinner there as well. I ordered UBER eats one night and the staff brought this up to my room. I was not expecting this, and was pleasently surprised. Loved that my room was checked out for me and the reciept was placed under my door in the morning.

Everything was great.
