The front desk staff were very helpful in answering our questions and getting us set up quickly. They were very accommodating for our special needs to make our stay so enjoyable. The kids still talk about the amazing pool and the selection of food for breakfast.

We ended up in a two bedroom, with only the main room having air conditioning, unless we would leave the door open, or as we had to do, leave the window open. So my only suggestion is if there could be a way to have air conditioning available for the second room. But leaving the door open was doable.

There were a few things that I really liked about my stay. 1) the shower was absolutely the best shower I have ever experienced! 2) the complimentary breakfast far surpassed my expectations! 3) the pool was a nice finishing touch to a busy day. Also, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was nice and clean. Also, it was very hot out, and the complimentary iced tea was the best I have tasted! Good job Service Plus people!!!!

The hot tub was closed for renovations, but everything else was so awesome that it didn't even matter to me.

The location was central to all areas of shopping. Right next to a Casino which provided entertainment for a few hours. The room was quiet, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided several hot options. Access to parking was easy as was egress to the main steets in Grande Prairie.

My only concern was the taste of the tap water.....even made the coffee in the Kurig taste terriible. Hotel provided bottled water, however the taste was in the machine itself. If I stay here again will take my own tea kettle and use bottled water to make coffee.

Water and ice tea are offered at the lobby. My check out time was noon, which is awesome. Good price. I like that they have a real breakfast, even though I wasn't fast enough to get to it lol

I missed the free breakfast but I was really looking forward to it. I think ending it at 9:30am is a little early. Would be nice if it was extended by even one hour. And the bed seemed really old and creaking, I woke up with a sore back. It's pretty hard.

The staff here are fabulous. Very helpful and personable. I have several food allergies which makes taking advantage of the free breakfast an issue- the coffee was great though! My room was quiet and the room air conditioner worked great. The gym could use a bit more equipment if a person is staying longer but I’m guessing that’s not an issue for most guests. This hotel is virtually across the street from the hospital with a paved walking path to get you there. I had a very good stay and would stay here again.

The gym could use more equipment like a yoga/workout mat and some heavier free weights The carpet in my room while clean was a bit stained

I liked that the location was close to the hospital as that was the reason for my trip. I always enjoy going for a swim in the evenings especially if I have my child with me so we loved that they have a pool with a water slide. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was amazing and always helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had.

Its a little difficult trying to figure out how to get onto and leave the parking lot just with where the building is located and the way the streets are in the area especially if you've never been in the area. The pillows on the beds were a bit too high and I ended up sleeping with my neck bent all night and my child slept without a pillow.

Breakfast was excellent, there were plenty of options. The location is close to facilities. Parking area is massive. I love the fact that I can park my car just close enough to our room where we can see it by the windows. There was a water slide, swimming pool and hot tub as extra bonus for enjoyment!

Really strong pressure of the shower, and water splashed everywhere and wets the floor. The tub stopper was not working at first until we were able to make it work otherwise the tub keeps filling up so fast while you shower. The toiletries was only enough for 1 person though I booked and paid the room for 4. Some staff were not welcoming or friendly, they don't smile or greet you. There were only two staff who spent their time to speak to you, or provide you information (dietary and morning staff at reception). But this won't affect our over all experience. The hotel is still an excellent spot. I will still come back for sure!

WAY above what you would expect from a hotel rated as 2 star! Awesome pool with slide. Refreshments upon entry. Color packet and cup for child. Hot breakfast was incredible. Everything was definitely clean.

The only thing was the bathroom tub was a bit grimy looking. The anti slip was wearing out in the tub and the tub was chipped/rusted (which isn't anything horrible....I'm just a bit of a germaphobe at the best of times and an older tub was all that I noticed.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good.

The parking lot was very icy. Change the tubs to walk in showers. It will make the bathroom more accessible for people with mobility issues. It's hard to get a walker into the bathroom the way they are currently.

I liked that the floor we were on was quiet; the bedroom was clean and did not smell at all. Breakfast food was great, they provided lots of choices for all ages. The receptionist on the morning of Oct 22 was amazing. She saw we had our 3yo niece eating bfast with us and she came to give her a special cup and a coloring book. We will definitely book with Service Plus if we go back to GP!
