I liked how clean the hotel was staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that the pool never had any staff coming in and checking on the pool while guests were there, just to make sure that the were obeying the rules cause while I would go there at night time kids were picking each other up throwing them in the pool and some adults brought beer down while in the hot tub, also I didn't like that there was a train track near the hotel. The only other thing I was disappointed about was they should have offered a continental breakfast.

Room worked for my husband's needs. He's in a wc and it was spacious, and our dtr slept in the sofa bed. We made it work for us, as we've had some bad experiences in the past with rooms that were not appropriate, but it's hard to know ahead sometimes. Front desk was very friendly.

The room description was that there was 3 beds. A bed, a sofa bed, and another sofa bed in the living room. But there was only 2 beds. It worked out as we did not bring our Mother, but if we had, which was why we booked this room type, we would have had to get another room. So this makes me distrust the room descriptions.

The family suite is amazing! We were able to have the baby in the living room in the play pen where it was darker than the bedroom. Full sized fridge, and full ability to cook was awesome if you had an extended stay. The bed could have been more comfortable but we have stayed at places with worse beds. Staff at the front desk was so nice and friendly! And we came for a medical appointment and they were so accommodating. Nice to have a pool and hot tub there, and Dennys for easy breakfast in the morning. We have stayed here before and will definitely return :)

Blinds weren't long enough to keep out the light, and a tub in the family suite would have been more handy than a shower with a baby. We stayed on the train track side, so we had a pretty abrupt wake up at 11pm, and then again at 530am when the alarm clock went off twice and we had to unplug it to get it to stop. Haha...

The beds were comfortable, nice shower, decor was great. We were welcomed with snacks and water - more hotels should do this!

A little crowded with all the restaurants and apartments nearby (one that just burned) which creates difficulty finding parking. I suppose having the restaurants nearby is a bonus for anyone who is looking to have food nearby the hotel. We ate at Earl's and Denny's - good for those businesses.

Easy access with friendly staff that looked after our requests without hesitation.

Only issue is that Booking.com did not process the payment quickly and when front desk checked it showed up as insufficient funds which caused some stress. Even though I had a receipt of payment from Booking.com.

I will definitely be coming back as I come to GP regularly to visit my daughter and I do wish because of the train right behind us that I wasn’t charged the extra for the double room but I will definitely be returning though. Everything was great. I love that you even had earplugs there. The front desk and staff were amazing!

Love the kitchenette suite room, it's awesome for having your kid stay in the living room, but have a bit of privacy. Shower was nice, love that it's a full size fridge, like the sitting room. Super friendly staff, apologized for the very rude guest we had keeping up my son, and we super helpful

I would love to have a bathtub in the family suite, because I can't give my 1year old a bath while I'm there.

The location downtown has an on-site restaurant and lounge and is within walking distance to a grocery store, gas station, stores and restaurants and many services including the courthouse and library. There is a convenience store too. The staff do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and running efficiently and in a friendly manner.

The staff was excellent especially Rochelle at the front desk, we had a concern with the queen bed being too small to sleep our new baby and two adults. She came up with an acceptable solution that was over and above our expectations.

Extra chair in the room would be nice

All staff we encountered were very kind, the pool and hot tub were amazing! We originally booked for one night but decided to stay for a second night and the front desk lady (Ramona) was very helpful with that! I’ve seen people unhappy about the noise from the trains but I personally love trains so that was very ideal for me!
