The location is great - not far from restaurants and places of interest. The breakfast was nicely varied, set out very well, plentiful, tasty and kept well stocked. The indoor pool complex was fantastic - enjoyed the hot tub and watching people have fun using the pool and slide. Pool towels were readily available from the front desk staff. The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Nothing could have been better. Parking was free and readily available.

Our room was great as it was at the back. My brother & wife had a room at the front and hardly got any sleep because of the work crews leaving every hour starting g at 3:30 AM. Breakfast was perfect, all staff we met were amazing from front desk to cleaning staff.

Guests that are not work crews should always be accommodated in the backside rooms always from the parking lot. Very noisy at the front during all hours of the night. My brother & wife’s room at the front was terribly noisy, their air conditioner did not work and their fridge sounded like a plane on the runway and had to be unplugged.

A nice clean and comfortable hotel. It's on the edge of town but it doesn't matter as there are restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast is good and includes hot food. There's plenty of parking and our first floor room enabled bringing the car right up to the back door of our room for easy unloading.. A great spot for families as there's a pool and water slide.

Breakfast was excellent, I was not expecting there to be hot food. It was definitely a good start to my day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff there work really hard and take a pride in what they do. I would like to mention Carmela and Mandy on front desk, they always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. Catalina and Mariheffe from housekeeping kept our room spotless and fresh.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The pool and waterslide was a big hit for the kids we went swimming 3 or 4 times a day. The staff was incredibly accommodating and so helpful, my 6 year ran to the front desk many times to ask for help for the silliest things and they were always so sweet to her. ❤ We will be back in the future.

The bottom of the pool is a little rough.

Great access and parking availability. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. We didn’t use the pool, but there was always people using it when we walked by. Didn’t have the breakfast that was included, so can’t comment on that. We were in Room 318 and it overlooked a nice green space. Check- in was quick and easy. Can text for questions or requests.

Nothing bad or disliked.

The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. When we checked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were travelling with 3 small dogs and they made us all feel at home. So impressed with the staff and how they treated us. The room was perfect and on the ground level with having immediate access to the back so it was easy to take the dogs out.

We loved everything about the property.

Kids love the indoor pool with slide, we love that its pet friendly. Breakfast is okay. An hour drive to Kananaskis and cheaper compared to hotels in Canmore or Calgary. Very approachable and accommodating staff, it’s like home. I personally love the Dove brand of toiletries they provided.

The washroom exhaust in 206 needs fixing, it’s hanging and might fall soon.

Breakfast was less than average and could easily be improved with the addition of canned fruit. Sausages were greasey and powdered eggs were horrible. Having stayed at similar 4 properties on the same trip, breakfast just didn't measure up. It was really the only disappointment of our stay.

The pool hours were decent. Generally, the pools open at 9am and close by 9pm. We were able to go swimming, come back up for food, and then go swimming again to tire the kids out before bed. The breakfast was also good, minus the eggs. I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs you mix with liquid 😶 The beds were comfy also.
