Travelled as a senior couple to visit our son and grandkids The Jr Deluxe King Suite was huge! And perfect for our stay as kids visited. The pool and slide was a huge was a huge hit. We used the exercise room which was adequate for a basic workout. The one negative was bathroom lighting. Not great for makeup. Also the coffee provided at breakfast was terrible. I would suggest a higher quality coffee to improve the experience during breakfast. Also loved the Hideout Restaurant right on site with great menu and prices ! But they need to be open Sunday and Monday - popular travel days.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were soft and good-sized. In-room coffee was actually drinkable! The breakfasts were good; every day (we stayed 3) there were 2 different hot items. Other items included cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc.

Our a/c was preset and unpredictable in terms of when and for how long it came on. We got very cold and unplugged it at one point, and then hot hot when it wouldn’t come on. We heard a lit of noise from the people upstairs late at night.

I've never been in such a nice hotel. What impressed me the most was the spaciousness. The rooms, the breakfast area, everything was very open and bigger than most hotels. The breakfast hours were long and the food provided was substantial, with lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in fact the cleaning staff was like family.

The Pepsi vending machine was always empty and made a loud noise in the hallway. I would have liked to buy snacks near the reception desk, and would also have appreciated an ATM machine in the lobby since there were no banks or other facilities nearby that provided this.

The breakfast options were changed daily and a good range of choices. Plenty of good juices and coffee available all the time. I’m celiac so not a lot of choice for me,but that’s a problem in most restaurants. The staff were wonderfully pleasant.

No complaints, the price was very fair and the hotel exceptionally clean and pleasant staff in all areas. This hotel is ideal for visiting family in Midnapore.

Nice room on the first floor, high ceilings, quiet, large space, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and plentiful, could use some cut fresh fruit, but otherwise a nice balance of protein and starch. The fitness room is very nice with free weights, treadmills, and strength machines. We did not use the pool, but the curly water slide looked like a lot of fun for those who were there.

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. We couldn't believe how spacious the room was. Lots of open space. Enjoyed the location off Mcleod Trail. Tucked away from all the businesses. Has a nice fitness room with a variety of equipment and a TV. The pool with slide and hot tub looked fun, but we didn't have time. Maybe next time.

The size of our Deluxe King room was perfect for our granddaughters to spend a few nights with us. We chose this hotel for the big slide and it didn’t disappoint! Also the hot breakfast was great to start our day. The Avis car rental Al office onsite was very convenient!

Not much not to like. The breakfast could use a bit of variety so a stay of a full week wasn’t same-o each day. Also the pool towels were pretty small for drying off.

Bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good. The hot tub and pool were clean and refreshing and the water pressure in our shower was good

The bright lights outside shining on our window at night. They covered one of them after I asked about it and it was a little better.

This hotel had one of the best continental breakfasts we've ever had. Great waffle batter, eggs, bacon, and the usual cold fair. First time ever that I've seen 1/2 grapefruits offered. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got.

We were guests on a Monday and the restaurant close to the hotel was not open, which wasn't the end of the world as we had a car, but we ended up having a lousy meal at another place. This property is a bit pricier than other hotels in the area, however it was much larger room than those offered elsewhere.

The location was good. The breakfast was ok too.

The breakfast used to have waffles 🧇 but they are gone! The eggs were good but the sausage patty was not my taste. I prefer bacon or ham slices. The rest of the food was good.
